That’s a great Family album Chris. Probably their most accessible. I have their discography, plus all of Streetwalkers, the band Chapman and Whitney formed after Family’s breakup. I also have a number of Chapman solo albums. I’m going to feature them all in a video exclusively devoted to them soon. Great finds as always. Cheers.
Hi Chris Good seeing you you again. I have an original of Chronicle of the Black Sword, another collaboration with author Michael Moorcock..saw them on that tour in Birmingham, fabulous..looks a nice reissue..Hawkwind have become really sought after of late. Nice OG Rubber Soul and Revolver in mono. Never heard that Manfred Mann album. I love Family, they don't get shown much on the VC probably because people can't get on with Roger Chapmans' vocals and the music is quite odd and angular, bur they dared to be different..My Friend The Sun is an all time favourite of mine, real departure for them.. Nice Bert Jansch, I love all his 60s output, the only one I need now is Jack Orion. The first Pentangle is superb. Not familiar with the 85 album you showed, although I know the album they did a year later, In the Round. Some great finds!.
Hi Rob thanks for your kind words, yep hawkwind albums are definitely starting to rise ,love most of there output,in my opinion the Pentangle album open the door is not quite as good as in the round ,but still a very good album,as for family I need to here more as bandstand is a great album, dismissed them as not my thing for many years, hopefully I will hear with new ears lol All the best chris..
Hi Chris, great haul - they always are, brilliant stuff. After Death Walks Behind You and the follow up, John Cann and Paul Hammond formed a band called Hard Stuff, debut album is called Bulletproof. Do you have this? If not, I can't recommend it enough. Blistering, killer, heavy album that tends to get overlooked.
Hi George thanks for your kind comments ,no I don't know the album bullet proof, will keep an eye out for it I think john cann was a very underrated guitar player ,need to find more of his music All the best chris..
It took me a while to get into Family, their first two are great and i love Fearless, give that a lusten its excellent, real variety and good tunes, i really like it.

And I love all those first three Atomic Rooster albums, they all have different line ups but DuCann is on the third as well, yeah excellent 👌
Hi Richard, yes I've got to listen to some more family,I think bandstand is a really good album..
All the best chris.
I don’t think I’ll ever enter my Beatles into Discogs. What a nightmare. I never listened to Pentangle until I started watching VC videos.
