      no, because spitting energy is less than spin pairing energy so filling of electrons take place accoeding to hund's rule.

      1-1electron will fill in each orbital then will start pairing. It doesn't depends on nature of ligand.

      Bcoz CFSE is less than pairing energy and electrons are filled according to three basic principles hund's rule, Pauli exclusion principle and aufbau rule.
      There is no pairing of electrons due to splitting. So we do not add pairing energy.

      Because there are no unpaired electron in t2g set, and acc to CFT, it should have either all d orbitals completely filled or all completely empty so that's why it is diamagnetic

    Soryy to say but your ans is incorrect. Phele electon t2 me jate h fr 'e' m jate h so, 3 electron in t2 set and 1 electron in e set

      This is for tetrahedral complex. And in case of tetrahedral e set has lower energy and electrons fill first in e set.
