If you're asking, "Is it okay to be friends with my ex?" then this video is for you. The ex doesn't want to come back to you because they don't feel the spark anymore. There are two ways we can approach the situation of a bad breakup. We either be distant to rebuild ourselves while making sure they miss you. Therefore, causing them to regret the decision. Or you can communicate with your ex to make them smile, spend good time with them, build new chemistry, and re-attract them. So do you have to stay no-contact or re-communicate with your ex?
We start with the no contact rule first because in order to be friends with our ex its important to control our emotions rather than being needy-- something that would destroy your chances of getting back together. I lost my husband it’s been about 11 years now when I finally could open up to companionship from a man I slowly found out they were all jerks just wanted one thing for some reason I attract the wrong man I’m a good woman I’m caring and loving I have been so discouraged they are all such jerks I don’t understand why they’re afraid of everything any kind of relationship any kind of commitment I certainly don’t want to get married again not that I didn’t like it I just don’t feel that that’s something I want and that has not been the problem because any man I have seen they don’t want it either They’re just so immature
This right here is an amazing perspective. If the relationship ever meant anything then, we, should’ve been attentive to the temperature of the relationship. I have been with her with more than 10 years and I want to fix this. There are things that I know I will need to change and I’m not afraid to do that anymore. I will trust and not overthink anymore. This makes a lot of sense tbh. Especially if your ex is nervous about how things would go if they got back together bc they’ll need to see real change before it can happen, and if they’re worried they’ll have to jump right back into the relationship and commit right away (which would overwhelm anyone).
Yes ofcourse , that's right coach you can be friends with your ex w/ no contact just don't be too needy if he/she dumps you don't contact them I mean don't initiate contact , if your ex needs something treat her as a special friend. It's the only foundation to rebuild the spark of attraction with space, interact with her/him ,don't show your emotional weaknesses, and be positive and happy❤️

Yeah happened to me once. I got blocked but he didn't break up with me. I broke up with him because I was hurt by his actions. He keeps adding me and searching me up on Facebook every time I make a new account. Like after I make a new account few days later he adds me am I like showing up on his friend suggestion? Hey everyone. Can no contact work a second time? The first time she seemed anxious, and within 2 weeks we started talking again. She said she couldn't sleep etc. We were talking for a month again, I let her come. We slept by the phone every night (long distance). She even told me at one point that she misses me and wants to see me this summer. After that within 1 week she went cold and told me she was just using me and she feels terrible about it, she doesn't need me anymore and we should meet other people. She's thankful tho. I said I understand but I disagree, but If that's what she wants in order to get better than I'm fine with it. So now I'm in no contact again only for 2 days. Any suggestions?

So my ex and I broke up a week ago and I did no contact, but on the 2nd day she contacted and said she need to talk. so i did not stop the connection it was getting better because she started showin some signs, and sometimes there's heart emojis in her messages. she also started sending selfe pictures of her.
