The Affirmation Tower plan was replaced by a completely different design two months ago. Which of the two versions of 15 Penn Plaza is it? Also, Tower Fifth is not the same thing as 520 Fifth Avenue Tower. If you're not a New Yorker, beware of this lousy reporting.
