Okok i know the owner of this house. Its a beautiful house, but its not as big as yall make it sound 😂. You dont need 30 maids or none of that. It does now have a pool it will be in use and ready to go summer 2020, current owners built it on. I go over alot to help the current owners with their chores. (Older couple). Its a beauty for sure. Sitting right at the bottom of a mountain. Believe its the biggest house in the gated community. Im sure it wont be on market for a loooong time.
Should I live in Colorado springs or Malibu California.

And i seen a $50 million dollar house sitting on 75 acres i think, and it sold for $12 million because it was a bank foreclosure, and they was having problems selling it.. And it was a MASSIVE HOUSE! Like 44.000 thousand sq. feet..

It's a house, nothing I would call beautiful or amazing. I have seen amazing, and this isn't it! It's not ugly or anything, and it is an estate, but it's not "you gotta see their house" gorgeous! And for God's sake, stage it and it would look a lot better and staged homes sell faster. No offense.
