Its nice but, am I the only one that noticed the upstairs balconies on the left and right don't have any railings? And oh yeah, its in the middle of nowhere.... pause at 0:15 to see the balconies.
Um do I need to point it out? Look right above the garages, thats a balcony with no railings. You see the french doors and tile work for the balcony?

I live in Denver and read that the builders modeled this home after the historic Biltmore Castle in North Carolina built by the Vanderbilt’s in the 1920’s its the Mini Me to the Biltmore Castle. Both homes are exquisite.
I live at Denver area but this house make me so intrigued that I went to see it by my self, it is on evergreen co. Wish is like 30 min outside of Denver. The place was closed up so I just leave my car and walked in(I know it is wrong but I found it so beautiful and intriguing), you would not believe it is huge acres and acres of land, the house it’s immense, huge and beautiful. The emerald green on the roof top, just incredible. Unfortunately I could get too close because don’t know if there where cameras but it was beautiful.
This is in Evergreen Colorado. 30 miles west of Denver. Evergreen has 30,000 people. Its a very affluent community. This is off Upper Bear Creek Road just up from Evergreen Lake. I grew up in Evergreen!

Its a bit too white & shiney for me. I would like something with more colour and warmth in it. I mean this would be ok as a hotel for a couple of nights. It is spectacular in its own way. It would be a lovely place to visit. What Im looking for is somewhere that really says 'home' and 'relax'.

Beautiful design bur honestly id have to agree with one of the commenters here, it is not a home in a traditional sense, even if you have the funds to afford it, the amount of money that would go into housekeeping and groundskeeping would outweigh the cost of the place.
Also not being around,, not walking anywhere, not being near any hospitals,schools,grocery stores or having any social surroundings is concerning from a safety and health perspective that is. Even if you have the money to pay for someone to get what you need you are basically paying to live somewhere to be a vegetable I’m not trying to be mean but I see this place geared towards selfish people that just care about money, things and luxury instead of people, there are people that be in houses thinking they living in a home and there are people that make it a home, the type of person that would want this property I imagine would just be in denial if they thought they living there.
To live means to be active, to seek out opportunities, enjoy the natures of the world having growth and being able to seek out knowledge while embracing whatever life throws at you mentally, emotionally and physically, you are only fooling yourself if you think you living here.
The place is holding you, you are not holding it, you don’t have pride owning this, instead you own money and things but if you want some place where you can be alone, not care about any of the aspects I mentioned above and you just want to debilitate yourself as years go by having only a nurse or some psw you pay for to look after you while investing millions into the property, and having nothing to show in life other then how wealthy you are then it’s perfect for you.:)

This is not a home or a house in the traditional sense....This building is strictly for someone who is compensating for something else they are lacking in their life...Don't get me wrong, this residence (and that's all it is is a residence) is a architectural marvel, exquisite and luxurious in design, but what's the point in building it? If you got to build a residence so big to the point that you could walk all over it and never see another member of your family, they might as well be living in another state....I did adore the open kitchen and family room though...

You can see your family at dinner and plus I'm nearly always in my room part of the house so my family know where I am.
