I actually bought one and I'm quite disappointed in it. Not the quality or anything to do with the unit per-say, but the limitations of CarPlay and the functions that are not available compared to using the app on the phone. Using My-Route app the waypoint info isn't shown on Chigee so cafes and stops are much more difficult to see when approaching them(if you have planned them in your route!) When using it, it zooms so far in its just a line from the top to the bottom of the screen so coming to a turn off isn't seen till the last minute( i don't have voice prompts on they are annoying to me) Also you cant see if a nice twisty section is coming up, like on a Nav6. The tom tom app doesn't show waypoint either? loading the routes and waypoints onto Tom Tom drive to sync them over is a real faff. Thinking of having the nav 6 repaired properly and going back. I would advise buyers to see what is carried over in the apple Car Play version before shelling out £430!!
It will be interesting to see if you can change to mph from kph. I think this is the second video you have done with this problem. Other reviewers have had the same problem with Siri.
About the remark where to charge your phone: isn't a usb available in your lock box on top of the tank? On my 1300gs (2024) there s one.

I’m sure it will come with the next update. Just a software thing I guess :)
**Warning** Chigee does NOT support voice control with Android Auto using a bluetooth headset yet! (Chigee says the are working on it)

On the other hand, if your iphone gets stolen/broken/out side cellular cover.... the chigee becomes useless.
