I've had to repair my car engines after taking undertarrated fuel in so many stations...am sure even KEBS vehicles have been affected too. It's current officers and CS agriculture must go home. Senate or National Assembly should not be the investigators of first instance in matters like these, they have no capacity, and they may just muddle. This should be the responsibility of relevant criminal investigation agencies. Senate and National should only consider investigation reports.
They can make an inquiry in whatever matter..they can recommend action (which should be taken very serious). Unfortunately, they seem to be suggestion only
By the time Kebs went there after 2 weeks ,the compromised fertilizer had been removed from the stores . So as the senator has said all the departments involved had conspired t to cover up the scandal . Let the committee close up and stop use public funds for no good will come out of the process .
