spinach cake is one of the most popular polish cakes btw, you would normally make a pound cake with frozen spinach in it, then crumble some of it of the top, put whipped cream, blueberries and mushroom-shaped mini chocolates with the crumbles on top, we would call that forest moss and its like heaven

I have a recipe for blackbean brownies, and also you don't have to cook them! you're are going to need 2 cups of black beans -250g of dates, previously soaked and without the seed inside, you can substitute with any sweet dried fruit like raisins or dried plums, but this is really good with dates. -100 g shredded coconut, not coconut flakes cause expensiveee bish -100g oat flour (just oats on a blender and tadá, oat flour) -100g dark cocoa/bitter one -1 tsp of istant coffee -1 tsp of vanilla essence -lemon and orange zest, as much as you want extra: -chopped walnuts -cranberries First blend the dates, when this is done, you could add the beans, later the coconut, oat flour, cocoa, and the rest. The extras can be done when the mix is ready. Is going to be very thick, that's why you can do it step by step on a blender cause I burned mine one time by pouring dates (full, not even a paste) with beans and all the dry ingredients loool, I learned my lesson. You can put it on a baking pan and fridge them a little bit, or taste right away. This recipe is from sweetfran, she makes healthy stuff (and vegan/vegetarians options), and she's very known in Chile -my country-. Wish you make them, they seem better than the ones you make in this video. Hope this helps someboy!

We make a spinach cake in Turkey, but not in this way, we just puree the spinach and add it to the normal cake mix and cover it with cream. actually we do this because it looks like a pistachio cake because pistachio is expensive and people think it's pistachio of cours think youre rich to😂
