      Main concept would be same as I am explaining in this video. The only difference would be manufacturer specs and limitations but still I will make a video to make you clear

    Shall i select equal capacity of outdoor units??

      It's not necessary to select equal capacity outdoor units. It depends on your load calculation. For instance the load you have calculated is 36KW then available combine outdoor unit in the market is 36KW sub divided outdoor units as (14kw+12kw+10kw) = 36kw as combined outdoor unit. So this is how you'll gonna select this combined outdoor unit of 36kw.
      In myy next video of vrf system design basics part 2 my answer to your question would be more clear
