Before taking part in any activity ensure that you have an appropriate clear area (length, width and height) away from anything that can be easily damaged and that you are performing the exercise on a non-slip surface. If in doubt, please check your intended training area with a responsible adult prior to starting. Ensure that others in your household are aware of the exercises you are performing and where - especially if you are using a weapon.
Please only undertake activities that are suitable to your level of ability, health & fitness. Avoid activities if you have any injuries which may be worsened by your participation. Ensure you undertake an appropriate warm up and train within your limits - keep hydrated and don’t over train.
Thank you! I’ve never really understood how to do the referee hand symbols until now.
