It appears from the video that a golf bag could probably be placed into the area under the rear couch. Chairs would fit if they aren't too deep. A folding bike might also. I think the space is approximately 16 inches deep.

You will not be able to fit a golf bag into that area, loose clubs will fit obviously. A folding chair that collapses into a carry bag might fit inside if it isn't too big.
can i modify this? for example; installing PC Desk and desktop, installing high roof without 3 windows... (I am korean so it is related to korean culture)
Internal modifications are easy, but re-roofing a Class B won't be easy or cheap. Just paint or fiberglass over the 3 windows in the front if you need them removed.

That depends on how tall the bump is. The ground clearance looks to be at least 5 inches, from checking on it in person. To change a tire, pull the spare off of the rear @ 7:12 above and proceed.
