Yup some good tips here. I know I'm shooting for the impossible here for now but I would like the character to speak during a video, not simply a DiD still photo. Second It next to impossible to get voice over for animals if doing a cartoon for example. We are getting there but there is a long way to go. You can use Heygen and Vidnoz AI to achieve character speaking
2 weeks ago... Looks like you chose the worst time to make this video with Runway Ver 3 and Lumalabs practically coming out a moment after you finished this :D. It's like making a Midjourney tutorial and a day later quality goes from Version 3 to Version 5 :D.
I think you should make a new version of this video with the new tools! (You could also use Udio for the soundtrack maybe).

1. I did not cover camera movement as it would make the video longer.
2. So I prepared this video when Runway did not launch Gen 3. However, you can now use Gen 3 to improve the results of your movie.
Nice process, realistically it would still be a lot of work to create something really watchable and engaging. But definitely won’t be long 😉

I need to have more than one consistant characters. How would I achieve that? For example a teacher talking to a student, later teacher was scolding the student and then later the student was crying in front of the teacher.
1. Paste character keywords on each shots. To get consistent character with his or her clothes.
2. You can use Style Reference/Image to Image feature of Leonardo AI

First of all, Check my recent video in which I have shared my voiceover secret tip.
Secondly to achieve this image movement you have to learn keyframes in any editing software you use.
