Extraordinary! Who are the sick, disturbed, angry people who are downvoting this masterpiece?
Thanks! Clearly they are psychopaths 🤣
Skilled people that doesn’t need no-skill metas like ai?
As technicians in visual effects, we're always testing the limits of current AI tools, testing what it can't do. Your work tells me to pay more attention to what AI can do.
I appreciate that. We need more VFX techs! I’ve worked on some projects where we’ve merged AI generated video with 3d VFX and the results are really cool and the techs were impressed by the speed at which we achieved them ✌️
As a person who goes in and out of psychosis, this touched me in a healing way.
I’m happy to hear that 🙏
How is this not getting more attention?
Appreciate you saying so!
This looks absolutely incredible!
Thank you!
Came here for the 4k. Such a great piece of work
I appreciate you Dale! ✌️
damn this is soo good, is the majority of the work image editing? which tool did you use for the lip sync?
Thanks! The majority of the work was motion and video editing, but the quality of the initial image is the most important thing to start with. I used Lipdub AI and Kling for the Lipdub
It's hard not to like and comment on such work! This is magnificent work!
Much appreciated thank you!
This looks like ass wtf are you talking about...
Wow this isn't everywhere possibly the best AI short film I have seen. The only small criticism I would make is that some of the early shots of the old woman talking are a bit uncanny valley just a bit too static to hold suspension of disbelief.
Agreed, next one will be better. Thanks for commenting!
Amazing and touching. Makes me think of my late paternal grandmother, who faced her own failing mentality- and mortality- without fear at the end of a very long life. I miss you, Grandma Margaret.
To Grandma Margaret ❤️🙏
@@MetaPuppet Thank you. She had a long, full life and faced her end with dignity. It was a privilege to know her for the 30+ years we shared.
Glad to hear that 🙂
The ending is very the irishman
I’ll check it out, thanks ✌️
Simply amazing, not only the ai generated visuals but the story line, congrats
Thank you so much, I appreciate it 🙌
This is by far the best example of what’s possible with AI. The editing is spot on, the sfx- amazing, the story, engaging. There is a lot to learn from you my friend, specifically the continuity editing. Well done.
Thank you so much for the kind words. Very happy that it resonated with you! ✌️
Deeply Profound & Moving… I started watching it, not knowing what I had gotten myself into before it was too late and realized what was going on in with the storyline. I didn’t come across the synopsis until afterwards. This is the way. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for saying 🙏
Wow. I am BLOWN AWAY. What a concept.❤
Thank you 🙏
This actually blew my mind, i had to comment
Appreciate you, thanks 🙏
excellent work which website do you used for that...could you tell me full details of your ai work
Thank you 🙏 Some of the platforms I used are Fal.ai, Freepik, Luma, Kling, Runway, Magnific and Elevenlabs. Edited in Adobe Premiere
This is incredible! Thank you for this work!
Thank you for saying so, I appreciate it!
Incredible work! I'd love to showcase this one across the platforms! Let me know!
Thanks! Go for it ✌️
Realy great work. This is amazing! Which ai tools did you use?
Thanks! Mainly Flux, Freepik, Magnific, Kling, Luma, Runway, and Elevenlabs ✌️
I got chills watching this. Incredible work my friend.
Very appreciated Aze, thank you! 🙌
Amazing work, man! Sorry to ask, but what technical materials should I study to create something like this? I really want to dive deeper into the topic to produce commercials using AI, but I feel frustrated because I can't seem to find any technical resources about it. 😞
Thanks for the comment. I started by prompting in Midjourney. Get a feel for creating images. Then take the images you like into Runway, Luma, Kling or Minimax and prompt for motion. There are lots of free tutorial videos on RUclips for those programs ✌️
My dad has dementia so this really did make me cry
I’m sorry to hear that about your dad 🙏
AI tools will every day surprise us tremendously , well done, brand new, never seen such a capacity in AI movies....nearly ready for HOLLYWOOD
Thank you! 🙏
But can we use the generated images from flux dev for commercial purposes??
According to this I believe so… www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/comments/1etul42/flux1_dev_noncommercial_license_seems_to/
Wow epic!! First AI movie that touched me as a vfx artist and for the past 4 months i’ve been absolutely grinding through comfyui and all it’s capabilities. Gonna soon combine it with 3d to create something epic too!
Wow thanks man! Having worked alongside VFX artists for years this is high praise 🙌
Amazing work! I think an underrated aspect of this was the voice and sound designs. The crying sounded so real. Was that made by ElevenLabs?
Thank you! I performed the dialogue/crying parts then used Elevenlabs speech to speech tool to style transfer my voice for each character ✌️
AMAZING!!!! what was used for upscaling the video?
Thanks! I used Topaz to upscale to 4k but the real hero in terms of video fidelity is Kling
Cool, i'm switching from Luma to Kling + Runway...
Outstanding!! Love the personal touch you gave it. Can´t wait to see your next one. 🤩
Thank you! Very appreciated 🙌
Beautifully done!
Thank you!
How much time did it take for you to make this entirely? Appreciate your work sir!
Thanks! I made this for a competition where we had 3 weeks to go from idea to finished video.
Awesome! I really look up to your work. 🙌 Thanks for sharing :)
Thank you so much! Very appreciated 🙏
Truly impressive work.
Thank you!
Incredible. Well done!
Thank you!
Quelle IA tu utilises ? 😮
Freepik, Fal.ai, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Luma, Elevenlabs, Suno, Magnific
It's very well done, Bravo 👏
Thank you!
So impressive, thank you for sharing and for pushing the limits of AI - with great storytelling
Glad you like it and thank you for sharing your comment!
Really impressive work.
Thank you 🙏
Amazing!! Do you offer any classes?
Thank you. I have an older tutorial video on my channel. Check it out!
How did you get the 4k sorted for AI generated scenes? I am working on a movie part to be done with AI
When I finished editing the film I brought it into Topaz to upscale it to 4k ✌️
The ending is very 'the irishman'
Scorsese shall make this one
Congratulations on this film! We’re starting to see some real, solid work. What really impressed me is the lip sync-not just the movement of the lips, but also the facial expressions and movements. An incredible achievement! Did you use Kling? I’d be curious to know how you managed to convey so much emotion on the face of an elderly woman with so many wrinkles. Truly great work...
Thank you! I used lipdub and Kling for the lip sync, and Kling v1.5 for the motion in the dialogue scenes. It’s important to start with the highest quality image to keep all those wrinkles and fine lines through motion. I did that with Flux on fal.ai and upscaled them with Magnific ✌️
It looks awesome.
Which AI video generator did you use?
Thanks! Kling, Runway and Luma
This is an incredible piece of art
I appreciate it 🙏
This is what I'm going trough every day since my girl cheated and I broke up and left her and my kids, my house, my life...
I see my past life but I can't get back in.
Really sorry to hear you’re going through a hard time. I hope it all works out for you, but whatever happens, just remember you are enough on your own 🫶
what the fuck bro you doing great work next level big love
Much appreciated man thanks! ✌️
Absolutely amazing
Thank you!
@@MetaPuppetBy the way, which AI did you use? I just released my own video clip with a Red Dead vibe, and I made it using Veed with the help of ChatGPT. Overall, I think I achieved a good effect, but I sweated over it endlessly, and it took a really long time.
Indredible, no more words, The AI is crazy !
Thank you very much!!
Now why would you go scare Hollywood like this man?? Your gonna put all the actors and everybody else out of work! LOL!!
🤣 Having come from that world I tell all my friends in the industry to start getting familiar with it 😊
Pretty cool. 😎
Thanks!
These comments have to be bots cause there's no way we live in a world where we want garbage ass generated movies over real works people put inspiration and actual people in. You know...the same people that needs jobs to live...
Totally agree man. That’s why the voice acting in this is real, the editing is real, sound mixer was hired, colorist was hired… Feels good to support people in their careers. Thanks for the comment ✌️
incredible!!!
Pllllllllls make an anime i beg you❤
👏 👏 amazing
Thank you!
whoa- legit
Thank you!
🫶
👍
I was too focused on the weirdness to feel any emotion from this.
Not for everybody ✌️
Can you do superhero short please
Is your channel monetized or not?
Not currently
This reminds me of some of the psychosis’s ive had on large doses of shrooms….
Sorry but you're attempt at trying to get an emotion out of me from this are laughable.
There's no sign of any creative effort gone into this, nothing that shows quality in the filmmaking, true attention given to the craft of acting or anything in the writing that displays any kind of emotion.
I've seen PS2 cutscenes that have more heart than this, you can't seriously call this legitimate filmmaking especially as there's no evidence to show that there were any real people involved in the making of it.
It's pretty sure, but like so much generative AI it's extremely amateure.
Appreciate you letting me know your opinion, thanks man 🫶
@MetaPuppet I just criticised you and you're not even properly responding, I take it that you don't feel that bothered one way or the other if you give people brain rot with what you create.
Hey man, I think you’re reading me wrong. I don’t see much to respond to as you didn’t ask any questions, just stated your opinion. I’m not trying to change your or anyone else’s opinion about what I make. This is a story about my grandmother and dementia and even though it’s personal to me, that doesn’t mean I should expect everyone to like it. You’re entitled to your opinion. But you took the time to let me know how you feel and I appreciate that. If you’re looking for an argument, you won’t find it here ✌️
@@MetaPuppet if you wanted to make a story about your grandmother and the horror that dementia unleashes upon people in their old age, then I've got no problem with that because there's something genuine and heartbreaking about seeing someone that we love mentally, physically & communicatively decline through age and I hate that.
But there are better ways to do it, because it's clear going forward AI is slowly but surely causing severe rot in the creative industry. People involved in it are losing their jobs & stuff like this is providing that to happen. Saying that you are just making a movie is one thing, using AI to do it when there are handfuls of actors, directors, writers, editors etc to employ to get the job done better.
Explain to me what good it does to simply throw them away and treat them like yesterday's trash when it's those people that are able to bring to life some of the best stories we create as a species, NOT AI
@Skullgrin140 I see you feel strongly about your position on it, but it’s not all negative. I’ve been a full time editor in traditional production for 15 years now, I’m also a rep’d writer and I’ve had projects been in development hell for years, producers attached then fall off, same with directors. The Hollywood pipeline is small for today’s digital world. Truth is this film would’ve never seen the light of day without AI. Now knowing that you don’t like the film, you’re probably like, good it shouldn’t see the light of day. But take the subjectivity out of it, it’s my belief that AI is going to create more jobs for VFX artists, writers and editors, because there’s going to be so much more content being created, and filmmaking is hard. Just because people can generate an image doesn’t mean they know how to tell a story with it. I learned the fundamentals in film school and have worked in the industry for almost two decades and a lot of that experience went into this. The voice acting is real, a colorist was paid to color it and a sound mixer was paid to mix it… so even though I’m just one person, it created 3 jobs. Again I have no problem with you not liking it, a lot of people do like it… that’s all subjective. It just seems to me that your stance on AI has and will color your perspective on any video or story that’s been made with it. So when I responded to your first comment with just one sentence, that’s why. You were coming in with anger so I didn’t see a point in saying more. But you wrote back, which a lot of people don’t do, which im happy about because now we’re having a conversation. We just see AI differently. I think your points are valid in some cases and not in others, and I think we’re going to see a lot more skilled professionals using AI in 2025 in filmmaking as the tech matures. It’s just a tool but still takes a lot of human work. Just my opinion. Agree to disagree I guess, but for real it’s all good
I appreciate the tech here, but to me this demonstrates the limits of AI in storytelling. If this same story were told in another form, whether traditional film production, comic strip, or prose, it would feel much more real and personal to me because I would know that every element was specifically chosen by a human, for a reason.
I appreciate your comment. The thing is without AI, this story wouldn’t have been told. The tech has limits but it brought a personal story of mine to life to where we can talk about it now. I’m going to put out a behind the scenes video soon that shows the work that went into making this if you’re interested ✌️
@@MetaPuppet I can't wait because IMO... This was the best one. It hit home. So special.
Thanks so much, glad you like it! 🙌
@@MetaPuppet I agree that the technology is drawing attention to the story, but I don't think it is the most effective way to tell the story. If it were told in prose or conversation, for example, then it would feel far more personal and authentic to me because I would know that every detail was chosen specifically by you. I would be able to consider why you might say "the woman picked up the crooked fork" vs "the woman picked up the gleaming fork" and what that choice meant for the tone and meaning you wished to evoke. As it stands AI film is a mix of artistic choice and generated content, so the viewer is left not knowing what's deliberate and what's an accident that's been derived from other images created by other artists.
Not to say that AI film isn't or can't be art-it absolutely can. However the lack of clarity around artistic choice will always undercut it as a storytelling medium, and by its nature it will always be a derivative form of creation.
@ejf-ln4wh I appreciate your perspective. I think the medium through which we tell stories is subjective, as to me, I prefer to create visuals over poetry or prose, and renting equipment and a diner location, casting an actress and hiring a crew wouldn’t have been possible for me to do given the time and money requirements, so the story would’ve never been told. I’m not trying to convince anyone that this is the way, I believe all art forms can co-exist. I appreciate the way this novel tech can allow people with relatively little means or connection to film crews or studios, a way to try and get what they see in their head onto a screen that they can shares with others. Derivative in a sense, but original in another, I’m forgiving of the tech but also guilty of not caring about something like the fork as you mentioned, because to me, if the story is great, the viewer would be so focused on it to where the fork doesn’t matter. That being said, I could’ve inpainted exactly what type of fork I wanted, be it crooked or gleaming, and then could have given it an intention in the story. VFX artists do just that, and it is possible to do it with AI, it just takes more time and skills, and I’m just one person. I do work with VFX artists on commercial projects and we mix cgi and AI and it’s a great level of control. The tech evolves quickly. Thanks for the convo!
"I feel that with AIs, we’ll be able to convey emotions more accurately 😊💡"
Maybe you’re right. Thanks! 😊
This is the future of cinema only limit by our imagination no more studio no more actor.
I think the two can co-exist and yes, you won’t need an actor if you don’t want one, but there’s a lot of room for actors in AI with voice over and motion capture. Thanks for the comment!
its terrifing. hate this
The subject matter or the AI? Or both? 😂
I wasted 2.5 minutes but saved another 2.5 minutes by watching this video at 2x speed.
🤣
I'd like to see your work on that math
This is genuine garbage. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. Nothing to see here.
Do you get off on I'm showing the world just how sad you are?
This is really cool brother!!
Hats off to you🫡
May your chanell grows more!👍
Thanks so much! 🙌
