what is the best gpu for svideo with 60hz output, I have an mx4000, the geforce pci gs 8600 are 30hz interpolated and it makes a difference on the tv

Legendary? This card sucked so bad man! It was so loud and ATi's cards single-slot cards were out performing it by a lot.
