XM Radio Satellite Signal Lost Attempting to reconnect error.
I figure out what this kept happening on my 2020 Silverado. XM Radio was no help, they said my antenna was bad..GM dealership said they couldn't find thr problem either.
the XM Radio Ap freezes on start up and will sometimes stay frozen for the whole day.
This at least is a quick fix and gets it running again.
I have to do this about once per month since I've owned my new 2020 Truck

Thanks so much for this!! After dealing with XM and being sent to 4 different “technical” depts and nobody being able to fix it or even better, call me back like they said they would twice….I instead found your video here and worked instantly so I called XM back up right away to cancel ticket and let them know I can give their employees a lesson class at $175 per hour “sir”.

I had this also happen on my 2022 Ram 1500. Since you posted this 3 months ago, you've probably already fixed it. But since no solution was presented, I'll present two. 1) Do a soft reset of the uconnect radio. Push the start without foot on the brake to put in Acc mode. Then push both the volume and tune buttons and hold for 10 seconds until the radio shuts off. 2) Pull the fuse for the radio. It's behind the center panel under the steering wheel. You'll need a 7mm nut driver or socket to remove the 2 screws, then just give the panel a good tug to remove it. The fuse is a yellow 20 Amp fuse in location F44 on '22 Ram. This solution worked for me before I found out about solution 1.

I haven't had a chance to try this out yet, but I have had the issue. Previously I've waited for it to correct itself. This makes way too much sense. It's basically the same as a mobile device. Thanks for the video!

Glad to help.. nothing more frustrating than pay that kind of money for a vehicle and services and have issues like this that the dealership can’t help or fix...I had several issues early on with the Infotainment radio on my 2016 Silverado also, but those ended up working themselves out in a few months...

My ‘13 and ‘16 Nox never had this issue, but my ‘19 Nox does. My menu is different, but I’ll find it eventually and give this a try!
