    Hello Bettina, i would like to thank you for your video. I had IVF in february 2020. My only J5 embryo was frozen. I was put on hold between february and august because of the covid. Then I had 2 transfer cancellations because my endometrium was too thin (6.4mm and 4.5mm) despite the estrogen treatments. The IVF center not wanting to change the dosages, i decided to change something. I did your exercises every day, i also applied the advice of the book "it starts with the egg" by Rebecca Fett that you had recommended in a comment, and my endometrium finally reached 7.6mm ! I was finally able to have my embryo transfer in november 2020 (one and only J5 embryo in 2 years) and i'm now pregnant with a 24 week old baby girl !
    I'm 39 and my last AMH was at 0.56.
    I hope to be a little message of hope for all those who are deprogrammed by IVF centers and hospitals, subjected to the same ineffective treatments, for those who have failures and who go through moments of despair as i have been.

    Hi! I also did this yoga for a while every morning before my embryo transfer and I was told I’m pregnant just a day before my birthday😭 I was already 41 and no periods past a few years even though I took medicines.
    Thank you so much for your support and visualization what you taught us also helped a lot. I was calm and not too anxious or worried or at least I was trying.

      @@BettinaRaethanks for ur kind words. I met my doctor today. Trilaminar endometrium was found but there is secretory changes also. So this cycle we not proceeding with embryo transfer.

      Food is not my area of specialty, I would see a naturopath or if that’s not available to you - read the books “it starts with the egg” and “woman code”. Good luck!

    thank you so much Bettina, I love this short practice because it is so relaxing! I did practice shoulder stands and plow pose too, does that improve fertility or do you advice against them? I think I just haven't seen them in any of your videos here...that's why I was wondering if they are good at al? (I love both actually)

      Has your doctor said you’re okay to do gentle exercise? If yes, then absolutely. Listen to your body. If anything doesn’t feel good, just rest and rejoin when you are ready.

      The best time of day is whatever works in best with your life. The best time of cycle will depend on the video. Some are specific to a stage. Others are for any stage of the cycle.

    Are these exercises ok for 1st trimester? And all trimester?

      They are but I usually show modifications for the later stages of pregnancy to adjust for the big belly. I have other classes for the other trimesters. Why not check out them instead?

    I am following your guided meditation and this yoga for few days now. Can you tell me that can I do my aerobics exercises too because some ppl were telling me that jumping exercises are not good for endometrium? What's your take on that, I need to reduce weight.

      Firstly I’m not a Dr. (always a good question for them) but I believe it would unusual for aerobic exercise to affect your lining. Higher intensity exercise can be great for increasing circulation as long as you keep in mind not over-stressing the body and balancing it out with lots of rest and good food.

      I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had a couple of failed rounds. If you’ve been cleared for exercise you can go ahead and do this class.

      Yes it can. I’d also look into eating for PCOS. There has been a lot of research in this area.

    Doing this everyday 2 weeks before my transfer! When we breathe, is it in through the nose and out through the mouth? and what is the count?

      In and out through the nose unless I say out the mouth. Count doesn’t matter so much as making each breath as long as you can. And if possible make the out breath longer.

      No. Choose a two week wait class after transfer or my specific class for after embryo transfer.

      There is not set time and it will depend on a range of factors. I would look into diet and lifestyle factors to support as well. 🙏🏻💜

    Hi Bettina. I'm a new subscriber and I really feel good after listening to your classes. I've been trying to conceive naturally for over a year now. But i have pcos and that's hindering my chances of conceiving naturally. I've started with a few workouts and diet changes and right now i feel that i should have started then long before. I'm still trying to conceive naturally and that's how I stumbled upon your videos. I'm in my 2 week wait right now. What i want to ask you is, is this yoga enough or am i required to do a few workouts as well? You know, to get rid of my disease? I'm really hoping to conceive soon ❤️ thank you.       This is a tough one to answer without knowing you specifically. Yoga and changing your diet is a great place to start. Why not just see where this leads?

      This one is for pre-ovulation. I would definitely avoid this one for hyper stimulation and pick something much more gentle.

      Could be your circulation is being restricted somewhere. Try a few variations- bring a blanket under your hips, or bring yourself away from the wall further, or elevate your upper body. You can also lie on the floor with the legs raised on the couch rather than up the wall.

      Yes it can help shift stagnation and improve circulation. I’d also recommend looking into a fertility massage or acupuncture to help as well.

    I lost my baby at 20 weeks in early september. After giving birth I had to have a d&c to remove remnants of my placenta. My first period a month after the birth was quite heavy and then the next one was only 2 days long and I'm worried about my uterus lining after the d&c. Will this yoga help me?

      @@kay1364 My periods went back to normal after a couple of months. I started tracking them using an app. My dr told me to wait 3 months to try for another baby. In the end I waited 5 as I wanted to wait for all the test results to come through. I tracked my ovulation and was fortunate to get pregnant pretty quickly. I'm almost 35 weeks pregnant now with my rainbow baby.

      As often as you can is best. If that’s one per day great, If that’s every other day cause you are busy, that’s fine too. I do have other classes for the different stages of the cycle that you may be interested in.

      I would use this class after your period has finished and before ovulation. Have you looked into ‘it starts with the egg’. This is a very helpful book that looks into the research behind fertility supplements.

    With legs up the wall, I get tingly feet pretty quickly. I have low blood pressure and can’t comprehend keeping my legs up the wall for 10 minutes as some have recommended. I think I’d come down to the painful “pins and needles” sensation. I made it almost all the way through the timing of this video. Will it still be profitable if that’s as long as I can do it?
