I used 1/2 stevia and it tastes veryyy sweet , also I cooked it for 1 hour and it was still u cooked from the middle , wonder how you made it in 30 min
Hello ! Nice video ! I will make the cake but I have 2 questions: 1. When you are telling 3/4 cup of stevia...what is the proportion with sugar ? I have erythritol with a proportion 1:2 meaning one tbs of stevia equals to 2 tbs of sugar. The link does not give information on this.....2. When you are telling cups for stevia or almod flour what is the exact measurement of this ? I have different kind of cups with different capacity... What is the proportion to grams ?
She said in the description below the video that she actually uses Swerve (which is erythritol) not stevia. So you can use 3/4 cup of whatever erythritol you have. Also, just check your package and it'll tell you the serving size in both cups and grams. For example, mine says 1/4 cup of almond flour is 28 grams so the amount I used was 140 grams.
She put the recipe in the description box. Whenever you watch a recipe video on youtube, they almost always put the written recipe in the description box, as she did.
But the Swerve is mixed with Oligosaccharides. Oligosaccharides are a sweet, non-digestible carbohydrates sourced from select fruits and starchy root vegetables and I thought that on Keto we are not suppose to consume starchy ingredients??
