@@chrispekel5709 Streetkid V is sort of leaving his home and family behind. With the Nomad background losing the Bakkers V becomes what Panam fears. Not only does Nomad V have the option to see things the way Panam does regards Biotechnica and Nomad independance, she also ends up saving V from exactly the fate she was afraid of in Night City: becoming an isolated outcast Nomad all on her own. With Streetkid I just think of Mama Welles and Padre and all the others from his home and it seems a bit cold. Mama Welles complaining about Nomad V leaving with Aldecaldos seems silly in the Panam ending since he IS a Nomad. Streetkid and Corpo V running off with the Nomads are still great endings. But it works best if V is rejoining his people - people who mean more to him than the Bakkers ever did. Edit: Its like how Jackies death hurts the most as Streetkid. Oh Nomad and Corpo still hurt but as Streetkid Jackie and V really had a brotherhood. Cut from the same cloth. In Nomad and Corpo hes just a generous guy who took V in at a bad time and they became good friends.
@@snugglecity3500 Its nowhere near as good because its Panams ending and she deserves to have love and thats Male V. Panam sitting beside the man she loves as the game closes out is a better ending. Dragging Judy along as a 5th wheel while nice just doesnt carry the same weight.
@keaghanwhisenhunt7809 Yeah, you gotta do all panam's missions and romance her to unlock this ending, your lifestyle you pick at the start doesn't affect your ending, only the choices you make
Having lost a home to Corpos and having been raised around veterans, hunters, fishermen, and road warriors, and since Rome was burned by wandering tribes, of course I went with the Nomad path. And... Most of the Nomad dialogue are the kind of things I would have said.
Those parallels with the shots of V looking at his hand, goddamn I've seen a lot of people dislike masc V's voice, but this is a perfect example of why I love it so much. This is beautifully edited and that voice acting sealed the deal
I love the job Vs male voice actor did. Much more than the female one. The problem I have is with Vs writing. Its at times just plain awful. Sometimes its decent but the way he always talks like an annoying street kid. Its a tall order I know and requires a shit ton of alternate dialogue but I wish he had a slightly different tone and style of speaking for Nomad and Corpo ESPECIALLY. Corpo should have sounded more effete and materialistic. Street kid vulgar and gruff (which is what we got) and Nomad more even tempered and secure. In spite of all that male Vs voice actor put so much effort in he won me over despite the quality of the writing.
@@jmlaw8888 I actually don't mind the lack of cadence/slang change (if only for the fact of VA budgets) for Corpo, because it does give a nice parallel between V (potentially) having grown up a street kid, prior to getting in with Arasaka. Of course that's an optional, player-decided background (the few times you can talk to npcs about your background, like Judy you can choose between saying you got to eat "real fish" as the corpo specific option, or one of the "actually I grew up without frivolities" options), but I always choose it, so it's my canon LOL. I just think it's more interesting as street trash myself. So V would never have fit in completely, they were always, *always* going to be an outlier in that environment. Constantly using slang because that's just how everyone talked growing up, and getting disgusted looks for it. The complete disrespect they're shown in (what little we got of) the opening is both a good depiction of Corpo sharks in general, but also a clear, harsh reminder that Arasaka always saw V as expendable street trash - irregardless of how far they'd managed to climb the company ranks on their own, with no backing, from below ground zero. It would've been interesting to see maybe a bit of a masked accent shift for the opening, like V was purposefully/subconsciously trying to cover the street kid vulgarity. And then back into the normal overall V voice for the rest of the game, like they'd decided "fuck it, no. this is how I talk" post-getting removed from Arasaka.
Personally Nomad V makes the most sense story wise. He comes to NC alone and teams up with Jackie, after the Konpeki Plaza heist he’s basically alone and is trying to find any way to cure their condition. either teaming with Rogue, the Aldecaldos or just fighting to Mikoshi by themselves are the most likely endings to the game. If they side with the Aldecaldos, playing as a Nomad makes the most sense. That way V finally finding his place in the world. Not purely a legend in Night City but now having a “family” there for him
My very first ending when i play cyberpunk2077 being a street kid. Really glad i called panam and her family help me. At first im skeptical calling them cause of the consequences and i know NC is pretty dark and im scared that panam might die, im literally in top of the building for hour thinking if ill call panam or the empress, i made out my mind and talk to her. Best decision I've ever made. Leaving the city with my girlfriend and my new family. Rip saul i won't forget you. Thanks for welcoming me to your family even tho im a sto domingo kid and a merc who killed many for a living.
That's what I did when I first played Cyperpunk 2077 (after watching Cyberpunk edgerunners of course), I played as the Nomad and got the Nomad ending (AKA The Star ending).
For me as a corpo, my V sacrificed everything to try and build himself into a big name. He got screwed by the corpo world, robbed of all he built up... only to start back on the streets with his boy Jackie. Then on the cusp of getting out, he lost it all... AGAIN. But 3rd times the charm and meeting Panam and the Aldecaldos was the sign for me they were his "Happy" Ending. He was on small time, but in the Stars ending, V was free from all the chaos Night City threw at him.. and he had Panam, the only one demanded he be upfront and honest with. And was it worthwhile? HELL. YES. Star Ending is the only ending V felt free of Night City and all that came with it. In their own words: "Its perfect."
In the city youre alone even in the crowd, my friend in a crowd you realise youre alone, when your alone in your house you feel like youre not, ironic isnt it?
I played male V corpo with Panam as my romance. A man who always lived in Night City at the top of the food chain, only to lose it all and find peace and freedom in the world beyond that shit stain of a city.
Male V Nomad who romances Panam and leaves Nighty City with her as an Aldecaldo is the best story and ending in the game no doubt.
I thought it works better as a street kid who finds a family

IMO Nomad Fem-V romancing Judy and leaving NC together is just as good.
If youre female you get to take judy as well which I think is better as you basically save both of them

The REAL ending. Everything V deserves. A family and free of night city.
You will never be free from night city night city will allways come back into your life like a cancer
Each life path has its ending this is nomad V this is there ending
Exactly, and the ending i got ;)

The song always gave me the feeling of completing something but realizing remembering what and who helped along the way. But it's always empty.
Also what and who you lost along the way ..
That's...a great way to discribe the feeling...

Panam best girl obviously
These found family stories get me every time. Nice work

This is why Nomad is the best Life Path.
So beautifully and wonderfully edited. Captured the emotion right, the struggle V faced and alienation and finally refuge.
Damn fine work, perfectly shows why Nomads are so cool!

My first playthrough my character started as a corpo slave to a nomad.
this is one of my favourite videos ever
Aldercardos were the family V always needed. ❤❤
Started as a corpo ended as a nomad.
The best ending of CP77 hands down, that’s all V deserves after what he/she has been through
Outsider no more...
this deserves more views and likes. awesome video
Beautiful video my dude
Oh my heart.. oh this game.. .. the canon V for me.
Dude this was amazing, Seriously holy shit
Nomad has the best story
Sounds like V is talking about himself and David only difference is V woke up and got the hell out of night city
Excellent video, thank you 👍👍👍

This is a well made video. Nomad all the way. Would be cool to see the other choices (street kid and corpo) collabed in videos
That's the plan!
By far the best ending
holy shit this is so good. the message is heavy
Best path I chose in the game. Aldecaldos and Panam was the best choice.
Awesome
Love your work!
I always wished you could do the final run without the Aldecados, but still join them and leave NC after.
That is amazing!!
that was beautiful
This is great
The ending I want and like but the actual conclusion is Blaze of Glory you and J man and that tower.
I played male V corpo with Panam as my romance. A man who always lived in Night City at the top of the food chain, only to lose it all and find peace and freedom in the world beyond that shit stain of a city.
As much as I love the romance with panam in the ending, I love the idea of bringing Judy with you in the female ending
Damn fine nomad story. How did you manage to edit it like this?
Thanks!
All it took was some freeish software, 500 hours of gameplay, and a little luck 😉
Love it ❤
