    Looked like you had fun and you make a great Anna 😍👑 and I always tell my volunteers who are my friends to stay in character it is very important 😀👑👑👑#princesslife

      Yeah, I'm not that confrontational (at least in costume), besides it was mostly the people outside of my friend/volunteer group. Oh well, it ended up ok!

    Looked like an overall fun event! Wish I wasn’t too lazy to find volunteer princessing events like you. Dang, It is frustrating when people break character integrity! Like girl, if you are in costume, you should be the character, especially when you are around kids.😂

      Girl, I don't believe for a second that you're lazy. There is most likely a cosplay volunteer group in your area with events already set up and all you have to do is say you'll go. You got this! Besides I'm making that your homework assignment for the week, so now you HAVE to do it ;)

    I know you had to do this Anna makeup without your usual products, but it’s so beautiful and works so well for Anna!! It’s the perfect princess glam ❤️ ps, currently binging your videos now that you’re monetized lmao

      Ok compliments are one thing, and still super grateful for them, but I can't even express how sweet it is that you're going through and watching all my videos with ads. Your support is amazing and I can't thank you enough!!! ❤️

      Haha, probably not! At one point I gave Ariel and Punzie each a glove to warm their hands, it ended up looking kinda funny like they were praying or something... I'm pretty sure there's a picture of it in there! :)

    I was wondering if you would recommend Princess Preforming to teens! (Or Pre Teens) Me and my friend really want to try it and thought of doing it as Sofia and Amber from Sofia the First. I’ve done lots of research and if auditions don’t go right our families are going to help us make our own company. We are already good with kids, and just want some advice from someone who’s done it for a bit!

    • @NatalieEverAfter
      @NatalieEverAfter  5 лет назад +1

      I'm so glad that you asked, the fact that you even reached out for advice is really a testament to how much you care. And obviously, I'm flattered you chose me.
      So for starters; preteens and teens are completely separate categories. a 12-year-old and a 15-year-old should never be given the same workplace responsibilities even though it's only a 3 year age difference, let alone the 12-year-old even be in a workplace. Those short years are formative ones and shouldn't be categorized all together. And I know I sound so uptight but just hear me out...
      I've actually got this question before and I want to tell you exactly the same thing because I stand behind it: "Its great that you're so passionate about the job, that's a huge part of keeping the magic alive for the kids! Princessing is awesome but you have to keep in mind it is also part job, that means driving to far away locations, allocating money back into the business, customer service phone calls and emails, economic research to find ideal price points and revaluate each month, managing sales and promotions, marketing, cleaning the costumes, dealing with mean/rude kids with a smile, buying materials in bulk to minimize expenses, lugging around equipment, organizing party supplies (including face paint, foam tiaras, jewels, glue,scissors,stickers, cards, placemats, glitter, shells, party favors, markers, etc.), keeping an updated inventory, stocking, restocking, taking payments, handling cash, operating a POS system, and a heck of a lot more. No disrespect, but that's waaaaaaay too much for any 12 year old to handle. I believe you'll be an awesome princess one day, but take these next few years till you can legally work to focus on research and saving up money to put into buying the costumes and wigs. It might seem like a pain in the butt that you cant jump right into your dream job, but soon you'll realize how glad you were that you took the time to put in all the effort upfront and make something really amazing. :)
      "
      My general rule of thumb is: if you can drive with a license and be LEGALLY employed-- you're old enough to princess. Driving with a permit is a little bit of a grey area, especially considering the logistics of having an adult in the car with you, but that's more of an "up to your discretion kind of thing". You will make an amazing princess one day, but don't let that dream take other your childhood, give yourself time to catch up to it and then enjoy it; I know you will!!!

      Natalie Ever After Thank you for the advice! Of course I knew I was a little too young for some of the responsibilities 😅. Me and my mother would work on that stuff, if I did start. I also have experience in cosplaying, and do lots of theater! I will definitely hold off on it for now! And let my friend know! Thank you so much 😊 Love your channel Natalie 💕👏
