The Prince and Princess of 'Wheels' show off their cycling skills as they tackle a bike obstacle course in Moray, Scotland.
William and Kate then greet schoolchildren and visit Outfit Moray, an award-winning charity supporting young people's mental health through outdoor activities.

Seeing Princess Catherine not only participating in a bike ride along with Prince William, but seeing Princess Catherine crouching down to the little boy’s level who was upset and talking to him brought a tear to my eye, Princess Catherine is such an incredible woman and so dedicated, devoted, caring, kind, thoughtful and loving to children, really shows Princess Catherine in her own way, just like Princess Diana was and it’s so saddening that both Princess’s never got to meet in person but I truly believe that through Prince William that Princess Diana will always be with us and Princess Catherine is not only following in Princess Diana’s footsteps but also has the same personality, passion, love, adoration and compassion for children and Princess Diana would have absolutely adored Princess Catherine and vice versa, mother-in-law and daughter-in-law but even more importantly best friends with each other and a very special, beautiful, wonderful connection and rapport and friendship and relationship with each other. Princess Diana would have been so proud of her son, Prince William to have met, got engaged and married Kate Middleton, Princess Catherine.
