- In this episode, Swami Chidananda delves into the topic of seeking validation from others and how it can impact our emotional well-being. He explores the common desire for external affirmation, whether it's a birthday greeting or praise at work, and how becoming overly dependent on these validations can lead to feelings of inadequacy and depression.
In this lighthearted episode , Swami also recounts a humorous story about his own concerns whether God remembers his birthday and how this experience reaffirmed that the Divine's presence is constant and ever-supportive.

Can you still be a devotee while being married? Feel I know what I am, but i didn’t know
Before I was married. Now what?
Hi Swami, often when meditating bad thoughts are emitted from the mind. Is there a way to stop those thoughts? Some people say that you're not supposed to identify with the thoughts, which is fine, but I'm curious if there is a way to end those thoughts once and for all? Thank you
