I was going to request it as well but I searched it first since I'm new here and I'm glad it was already uploaded 😁 to me, it's a must have on the lute
The wolf, I will follow into-o the stooorm! Singing my heart out to your absolutely beatiful rendition of this song. I can't stop playing it on repeat, like many of your other videos. You have amazing talent! Thank you so much for your amazing uploads, I recently had an ear surgery after walking around with a huge hole in my eardrum for the past 20+ years and when I first got my proper hearing back I cried all the time while listening to music because everything sounded so beatiful. This is a few months ago now and my 31 year old self thought he had adapted and could listen to music without crying his eyes out.. That is until i heard this shit right here! Happy tears are running down my face due to your amazing playing. Thank you so much! Much love from Norway
This is so lovely, and such a quick turnaround too - I feel like it was only yesterday that I saw someone comment on another of your videos requesting this? Very impressive, as always!
Found your videos recently - when I saw this was posted it took about 3 notes before I knew I had to like this video and add it to my favorites. Thanks putting your work out there, it’s so good
Hi Daniel, Another piece I have not heard before. Thanks for introducing me to such a variety of different music which using the power of a search engine I then go off and explore at a "safe distance" I might add. Thanks CJR
ok I'm subscribing now. I've seen a bunch of lute videos and decided to stay here forever 😁 also it's great to hear this song here, it's very memorable
Wow! I stumbled across this channel a few days back and have been completely losing sleep over it. There’s something about the lute that makes the songs so nostalgic... or it’s just the arrangement. I love it
hello Mr Extrem, I thank you because never as in this moment art must have the function of preventing physical or social distance from becoming a distance of feelings, emotions: dryness of feelings in short. Annalisa from Vicenza,Italy.
The lute is so beautiful..I really want one but finding sheets for music is really hard for them and unfortunately there’s none for beautiful pieces like this one, nonetheless I hope to get one eventually!
Thanks Richard! I have pegheds installed on both Renaissance and Baroque lutes- they're pricey, but worth it if you play a lot. they are mechanical tuning pegs rather than friction
danbluedeer Thanks, Dan, I took a look at their website. Speaking as a retired engineer, the pegheds look like a great idea. I think I’ll look into them more after the lockdown is over.
Daniel, this is really such a lovely version of this track! I saw some of your other replies about them being "only pencil scratches", but I was wondering if you'd be willing to share or chat about your transcription notes for this piece.
@@danbluedeer Fair enough. It might be a little different from your the other content in your channel, but I (and I think some others) would be very interested if you'd be willing to share some of the process and techniques you use to transcribe pieces like these. :)
Hoho, so my request was attended! Thank you very much, Mr. Estrem! So awesome!
Thanks for your suggestion...it's a hauntingly beautiful piece

Очень красиво. Спасибо
Thanks!
Как же это красиво звучит!)
Thanks You!
Great combination of instruments, and very atmospheric. Wonderfully played! Maybe I should dust off my lute. (Probably not, I hate tuning pegs.)
Thanks Richard! I have pegheds installed on both Renaissance and Baroque lutes- they're pricey, but worth it if you play a lot. they are mechanical tuning pegs rather than friction

Thank you for this beautiful cover. Is playing the lute much harder than guitar?
I think both can be equally difficult depending on how serious you are about the instrument(s).
🤯♥️👌🏼👏🏼
Thanks!
Do you have sheet music or tabs you could share for this?
sorry, I can barely read my pencil sketches so they stay at home..
Mr.danbluedeer cloud you play swadian lord's hall with lute
I've never heard the song, but I'll look for it
Okay, so now I'm curious; how many different instruments do you play on a regular basis?
many types of guitars, lutes, ukuleles
Hello Daniel, you already recorded a cd? where I can buy it?
There are 40 albums available at magnatune.com also you can get them at Amazon, iTunes, etc
