You're so lucky. I had a beautiful dress for prom I designed myself and then nobody would dance with me. I swear, the only dances I got was with my parents. Only thing I could do was chat a little with some assistant teachers and a couple of friends and I wrote a love letter to a guy I really liked who promptly lost it. He also said we would dance, but we didn't. So yeah, grounds were beautiful, dress remarkable, evening... not that much.

I now realize it's a silly thing to stress over when it should really be about enjoying the night with your friends (and/or date). I'm glad I can look back at fond memories of my prom. I'd say that's a win.
