Ever since Grayson came to work for him Dr. Bell became softer and more human.

Grayson hooked Bell up with a date with his Mom and all is well between them . i think Grayson reminds him of his stepson when he was a kid ,they had a great relationship that the ex-wife didn't understand .Spoiler Grayson's dad gave his mom the STD, Bell didn't .
@@shydreamguyman4098 No I mean when Bell step off of CEO and the asian man ( can't remeber his name) was CEO he fired him I think ad we never again see him and the new CEO is very strict so I doubt he lasted long.
@@Purified_Water_Enjoyer Mr. Kim , Yea He was an ass who finally got fired too but should have gone to jail along with whoever gave him the job in the 1st place . he was not qualified to do anything past accountant .

Later in season 3 I think, bell was demoted from CEO when Cain and Kim took over the hospital so they took his job, therefore he didn’t have a secretary anymore. It was messed up really, but Bell was a bad man and he had to fall to the bottom in order to have his redemption arc and become the great man he is now❤️Surely they can work Grayson back in but I guess there’s not that much necessity :(

They Don't come right out and say Grayson is gay.
he just is . Also like what he said that we didn't see here when Grayson 1st offered to hook Bell up with a date Grayson just needed to know if Bell was into women or men, either way he could get it done . Grayson admits his only real talent is matchmaking .
@@Singhnina i think it is a Cool aspect of the character . Bell's step-son is also gay BTW.
