They say that if you do what you love, you won't have to work a day in your life, but I think that's because you won't find employment most of the time.

It's such a blessing to live in a world where these messy anxieties can be released and understood through animation. That sort of magic never wears thin, whether it manifests through your job or as a passion project.
10/10 character designs, animation, BGs, and banger music to top it all off. What a show!
I hate those eyes at the end. There is no life to them. Dead to the world, but it is incredibly relatable. There was such magical adventures she had, but life finally caught up to her and she had to move on past those fantasies to continue her job as an office drone. Though it is easy to tell of how much she wants to return to those moments again; after all, she keeps a picture frame of it on her desk.
I feel for ya Mezul, but sometimes you just have to hold on to hope that your life will become better. Just have to be patient and be the best you can be!
In all honesty, it was adorable to watch.

Yup, im currently on that phase, but one thing that make me keep going is when i remember i have lil bro & lil sis waiting for me. Everyday might seems like a gloomy day but i believe you always find a fun & beauty in it, even just a mere second.

That... ow. That hurts. Like many others here, one of my fears for sure. Personally though I wish I had started learning art/animation way earlier. I'm still barely scratching basics but it's projects like these that give me hope that I can still learn. Because holy hell this animation style is SO CLEAN. I love it! It just looks phenomenal!

@@deimoz1426 It's just a bit difficult. Going through a lot. Still trying to figure out how to overcome the strains that Autism/ADHD do to productivity. Tried some youtube stuff for a while and went surprisingly well but just couldn't keep doing it consistently. I guess part of it might just be needing a place to work or a team to be on or wanting a mentor or a project that I can dedicate too without having to worry financially.
I think we've all been in that last part. It just sucks sometimes. But live every day like it's your last, right?
Regarding progress though, I guess my first goal could be to learn this sort of style being used because it's absolutely beautiful. Been doing sketches in an artbook daily for the last roughly month but broke my streak last week and it's been downhill since then. I'll pick it back up though! And I have access to adobe animate so if anyone has any ideas on some quick stuff to try, I'll give it my best shot in 24 hours.

Noticed how she crushed her dream girl herself. She *chose* to live this life rather than become a Magician. She knew that it wouldn't have worked out.

I really loved it. Even in the begining the magical girl was always lonely, she created fake crowds (cuz lack of support) and drowned/engulfed herself in her fantasy self-absorbed self (With the paintings, the cloud eating, the reception). While the style was really cute and the music catchy, you could feel that something wasn't quite right.
Pragmatophobia: the fear of reality/facing reality.
This Is what this animation is. (For me atleast...)
Wanting to be in your little fantasy world to not look at the real world. We get scared of it, and trying to avoid that at all costs.
But at the same time, there's kinda no point in fearing the Inevitable.
Sooner or later we ALL have to wake up from our Dreams, and face Reality.
10/10 animation.

Losing your dreams that actually HAVE a possibility to be real (depending what it is,) to the people around.
The music is so upbeat till the end, the colours are so bright till the end, the worlds shown is fiction till the end.
2:06 it’s like curiosity gets closer to society, and OH I mean the BAD society. This has or is going to happen to all of us one day even if it’s again- 2:11 once you see it, it seems cool like grown up things, 2:13 next second you actually grow and see it changes.
2:15 death, it was like either the real Mezul (?) was reaching out for the dream Mezul (?) or trying to capture it, but the real Mezul (?) dies. That real Mezul shown I’m assuming is the highschool or young adult age, which is one of the important states of development. If that real Mezul was reaching out, they were trying to reach that dream one more time but failed. But if they were trying to capture that dream one more time, it would be to crumple if up and throw it away since they found out it was ‘stupid’ in their development.
2:30 to 2:41 seems like an adult dream Mezul (?), like the real Mezul has develop to an adult, and the dream has also. It’s become more adult-ish. Luxury foods, expensive dining, pretty clothes, and fun things.
2:49 oh this is where reality kicks in since the real Mezul is an adult. They have NONE of those dreams, a bit too rare by then. The lights flicker and BOSS music comes in ‼️‼️🔥🔥
3:01 (judy hopps???) so the dream tries to fight the reality. 3:03 yes those magical magician baton thingies. Also awesome clothes transition?? 😋
3:04 the real Mezul tries to crash it down, but they fail. 3:06 to 3:11 the dream Mezul climbs to the Real Mezuls head. Where brain functions work, exploding or maybe I’m looking into it too much but trying to get a sense from their thoughts. Trying to convince them their dreams can even exist.
3:24 … erm… what the signa. OH WERE GOING BACK TO SOCIETIES PLAN, WORK. Isn’t that awsome!!!
3:26 the real Mezul, that is now an adult working, has probably lost all hope to dream. Maybe the black blood (?) symbols that idrk. And the dream Mezul is done for. They know it’s too late to help, to care, to even try anything.
3:31 they get up. And the dream falls afraid.
3:36 why was that satisfying but sad ???
3:41 they wake up, they see a photo of the old them. The younger them that had a chance to create a different path. 3:55 they look over to what they do and become. 4:03 they put it down, forget it, goes back to
