Set in the near future when artificial organs can be bought on credit, it revolves around a man who struggles to make the payments on a heart he has purchased. He must therefore go on the run before said ticker is repossessed.

If such things were ever invented, you know companies would be far smarter than this. They would realize that going around killing people to repossess their organs would get laws passed against them and the publicity would make sure they never sold anything again or were out competed by someone else. Instead they would just make these things require software maintenance for which they would charge you. So if you can't pay... then your organs would begin to malfunction and you would be forced to pay them to keep yourself healthy.
