Hello Hiro, I was wondering, how many times a week is the ideal to start learning kendo? and what age is the appropriate? I'm 22 and I'm not sure if it is too old to begin. Thanks for your response.
Never too old, man. My late father started kendo at the age of 55 (www.kendo-guide.com/unknown_kendoist.html). I think 3 times a week is the best so your body has time to rest. Start when you want; otherwise, it WILL be too late!
