Star Trek Elite Force 2 - Open GL Chrash - GL_StartOpenGL() could not load OpenGL subsystem

This tutorial shows you how to fix GL_StartOpenGL error caused by using the wrong resolution.
This error also occurs if you don't have OpenGL installed which should come with the drivers from the Manufacturer of the GFX Card or Computer. Update your drivers first, unless the game ran before and stopped working after changing settings.
Console commands to fix issues:
Fix low fps: seta r_primitives 2;vid_restart
Fix mission m6 or game freezes: seta com_maxFps 80
Fix mouse issues: seta in_mouse -1;quit
To have your own server show: seta sv_master2 master.hazardmodding.com
Hint: You can paste copied text with the middle mouse button into the game.
Hint: Keys possibly opening the console are ^ , °, ², ³, @, ~,' or 'lower than' Key
Hint: Keybind to quit game, enter into the console: bind u quit
