The talent here is undeniable. I have been listening to metal since I was 11 (in 1971) and I can see they play at the level of Slayer, Dragonforce, Megadeth etc etc. Each guitarist (Miyako and Midori) are amazing on their own, and as a tandem I don't know of many tandems better.

They have 3 eps and 1 single of witch I do own physical copies. 3 studio albums witch I also own physical copies of. They have 3 live cd dvd/bluray albums and I also own them as well. They formed in 2016 and have 3 live dvd/blurays not including Battle In The East and Live In Wacken. So I feel like in just the short number if years they've been around to have that many live albums i would imagine they would be pretty good live. If you dont enjoy them or there not your thing just move on. I dont go around bashing other people or groups

Holy War, Set the World on Fire and Edge of the World all sound much better live when compared to the studio track, just to name a few. Winds of Transylvania sounds better on the studio to me than the live version in my opinion.

This was actually a thrash metal song, they also do soft ballads, and regular rock. Yes, they have an 80s tone to their guitars but they play at much faster speeds than the bands of the 80s and they mix in some modern orchestral and symphonic elements in many of their songs.
Great reaction video dude. Yes, ALL the ladies in lovebites are VERY talented. But I'll mention only the drummer for one SPECIFIC reason: I remember that even back in the early 80's to mid-90's when Heavy Metal was at it's HEIGHT, Metal drummers were far too often overlooked, underrated, and rarely mentioned. I like and respect how you made sure to give Haruna (the drummer) credit for her performance. Haruna is an absolute BEAST on drums, and essentially has two speeds: fast, and FASTER. Haruna kind of sounds like a mix of Dave Lombardo, Tim 'The Missile' Yeung, and just a bit of Paul Bostaph, but with her own personal unique style of playing all added together. And of course Haruna is WAY better than that 'has-been' Lars Ulrich. In his prime during the 80's to late 90's Lars Ulrich actually was one of the top Metal drummers, but now he's just a sad shell of what he used to be. Just my own personal opinion anyway.

The bassist is overshadowed by the virtuosity of the guitarists and the power of the drummer, but it is undeniable that she plays the bass like a steamroller. It's a shame she left the band. And it is most likely that the future bassist will have bass lines with more presence.

Petite models who perform in high heels and white dresses to stand out and be seen easier on stage. Haruna at 4' 9" may need that kit in a special arrangement but she goes off like this for a whole concert and never breaks a sweat. You didn't look sold by Lovebites with this song, maybe you should have done something more powerful and aggressive like Break the Wall, The Awakening/Hammer of wrath. If these songs don't do it for you then it has to be a female playing metal thing many men are still having a hard time accepting that these women are so much better than their male metal bands. Very few go in with an open mind and are blown away and become huge fans I know I am one of those and I heard these beautiful ladies back in 2017 with debut channel and debut song that took me back to the '70s and '80s style of rock/metal. I hope you continue down this journey with Lovebites. There are a lot of idiots that will tell you that they are better live assuming that their studio versions are that good, I am here to tell you that is not so! They are Lovebites and are phenomenal in any version personally, I prefer the studio version because I can hear everything they put into the songs as opposed to everyone else relies on a visual concept

Yes, ALL the ladies in lovebites are VERY talented.
But I'll mention only the drummer for one SPECIFIC reason:
I remember that even back in the early 80's to mid-90's when Heavy Metal was at it's HEIGHT, Metal drummers were far too often overlooked, underrated, and rarely mentioned.
I like and respect how you made sure to give Haruna (the drummer) credit for her performance.
Haruna is an absolute BEAST on drums, and essentially has two speeds: fast, and FASTER.
Haruna kind of sounds like a mix of Dave Lombardo, Tim 'The Missile' Yeung, and just a bit of Paul Bostaph, but with her own personal unique style of playing all added together.
And of course Haruna is WAY better than that 'has-been' Lars Ulrich. In his prime during the 80's to late 90's Lars Ulrich actually was one of the top Metal drummers, but now he's just a sad shell of what he used to be.
Just my own personal opinion anyway.
you need to react to more lovebites their best songs are Holy War, Thunder Vengeance, Raise Some Hell, Rising, Swan Song with chopan if you can find it, and Epilogue trust you would love this band if you hear all these songs i love Nemophila they are my 3rd favorite band of all time another japanese band if you didnt know and Saki is my favorite guitarist right now but Midori and Miyaki from Lovebites is easily the best guitar duo ive ever heard please let me know what you think
The bassist is overshadowed by the virtuosity of the guitarists and the power of the drummer, but it is undeniable that she plays the bass like a steamroller. It's a shame she left the band. And it is most likely that the future bassist will have bass lines with more presence.

Well how about that!!! Haruna/drums actually gets love from a 1st time reactor, man her rabid fan base is going to love you!!!!Yeah this band is bada$$. Petite models who perform in high heels and white dresses to stand out and be seen easier on stage. Haruna at 4' 9" may need that kit in a special arrangement but she goes off like this for a whole concert and never breaks a sweat.

You didn't look sold by Lovebites with this song, maybe you should have done something more powerful and aggressive like Break the Wall, The Awakening/Hammer of wrath. If these songs don't do it for you then it has to be a female playing metal thing many men are still having a hard time accepting that these women are so much better than their male metal bands. Very few go in with an open mind and are blown away and become huge fans I know I am one of those and I heard these beautiful ladies back in 2017 with debut channel and debut song that took me back to the '70s and '80s style of rock/metal. I hope you continue down this journey with Lovebites. There are a lot of idiots that will tell you that they are better live assuming that their studio versions are that good, I am here to tell you that is not so! They are Lovebites and are phenomenal in any version personally, I prefer the studio version because I can hear everything they put into the songs as opposed to everyone else relies on a visual concept
