I did install my cartridges, but I have yellow blinking lights indicating the black cartridge is wrong. Maybe a paper jam, but I don't see where it is jammed. How do you check that. So the ink, paper and i buttons are blinking.

I need help here. My ink cartiges will not stay in. But there is still something taped off on the top and side. The crome in the back and on the top. Does this have to be removed? I am not talking about the orange strip, that off. Any help???
