I wonder if capping the level to 9 was a balance decision or if single digit levels was just more convenient from a UI perspective.
Probably a bit of both. Levels essentially double the unit stats, and if it went much higher for the same price it's just exponential gains

Yeah I had great success using saved up factory spam in my own matches, and even faced it once haha.
