Swapped starter after having exact issues as you did, still won’t start. Any ideas?

@@garymarshall4539 These have two other issues. 1. Under the air filter box there is a large ground going to the body. Take it off, clean it up and reinstall.
2. With a scan tool make sure the transmission is recognizing that it is in park or neutral.

What happened to starts being located under neath the vehicle on the fly wheel? Companies these days just make everything difficult to do yourself.
