    Really interesting. I guess the idea is to have a set up where more cocktails can be prepared, more quickly, to maximize profit!! But I can see how this "hexagon system" is customizable, and could be more efficient and nicer for the bartender!! Let's hear how the bartenders like using this system. How many can work using that size of a hexagon station? Is it a couple of people bartending or several? So interesting! Love the creativity of Tayer + Elementary!! :-)

    What I don’t understand is that the guests at the bar enjoy seeing the bartender make it, and in this setup you turn your back on them to make their drink

      In THIS setup they invite the customer in to be a “part of the kitchen” so to speak.
      But you can easily make a guest facing.. (behind bar) hexagon setup using all of these same principles.
      They do bespoke orders and will custom fit and design one specifically for your space.
      So long as you get an idea of the functionality and design of the concept everything else can be special made
