Breed nanacara anomala or golden eyed chihclid again please i cannot do it i need tutorial/..
@Daniladub78 I don't have them anymore. They were breeding to much :P In general it's good to feed the female with live/frozen food for few days. Make her fat. And keep them in 22C. And after she gets fat, increase the temp to 25 to provoke breeding. Of course always have some caves available in the tank (coconut shells work great with them).
Nice looking tank! I’m looking forward to the second part :)
You and me both! I hope that it will work, unlike my Ram project tank :P
SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!! Great job. Looking forward to the follow up.
Thank you! Cheers! Now I just have to wait and see if it works for them :)
Cool set up. I’m excited to see how the breeding goes.
Thank you! I hope it works :)
Nice tank👍. My gouramis always liked to build their nests in the floating plants. I used to have duckweed on top. They always build their nest in there.
Thank you! I already included some floating plants in there.
Nice, it really looks like a jungle. Good job!
Thank you! Cheers!
This fish tank is absolutely gorgeous! I am inspired 😍😍😍😍
Thank you! I'm glad you like it :D
I have complete faith in you!
Thank you! :)
I want to make that to!
Go for it! It's really easy :)
Nice aquarium, dwarf guouramis, for what i've read, are not so easy and to find healthy fishes is not really common due to overbreeding
This is very true. Quality is really low, but I'm not sure about the reason behind it. I heard that importing those fish is the problem because they are treated with chemicals and used to different water. And here in Europe they are known to die very fast. So I really want to do some testing, breed them naturally and give away the young if I succeed. But we will have to see if it works.
I’ve had good luck with ordering dwarf guourmis online from flip aquatics. They are located in Ohio. Not sure where you’re located. Distance ship have to travel is a huge factor.
Sir, Love ❤ from India 🇮🇳I i have made a planted aquarium setup by walsad method. My problem is that the soil comes above the sand cap though I have added lot of sand on the soil layer . My water gets cloudy when ever my croy fish swims on the exposed soil. What shall I do ? . I have kept adding sand but again the same problem. Please provide me with any solution.
With Corys in there - it will be a problem :/ They WILL disturb your sand, because they are looking for food in there. You might have sand that has to big grain.
@AquascapingCube thank you so much sir.
Do you use tap or distilled water?
Just regular tap water. Aged for about 1 day.
@ thanks im sure you have mentioned somewhere before but what is the best snail/shrimp for beginners and do you feed them or can they survive off what they eat in the tank?
@@nightfrost3041 Clithon Corona snail is great because its nice looking, small cheap and easy to care for. And for shrimp - you can't go wrong with common Cherry Shrimp. They will be fine with what they find in the tank plus one meal per week.
Are there any news already?
Male was building a nest few times and I saw some breeding behaviour. But didn't get any eggs yet. It looks like they are trying, but can't make the final step :P
@AquascapingCube mhhh.... whst a pity. What is your tds?
@@rara5212 Too high, around 210
@@AquascapingCube that could be the reason, although it is not that high! If ph is not much higher than 7 it still should work!
risky to put them in a tank that small, males can be awfully aggressive. where i live the minimum recommanded is 60l, and even that is really not enough for the females to get away
It's true. I'm observing them and if breeding happens - I will move the female right after. They are not staying here long term, only for breeding. There is a bit of aggression, but nothing dangerous at the moment. I also secured this tank to avoid any jumping.
