My TBEAM T22_V1.1 arrived, but the IO38 button seems to be always pressed. How can I test if my device is defective? The schematic is old and doesn't even show button IO38. Is there an updated schematic and an example sketch that reads this button?

Very nice work ! Is it possible to replace the battery holder (and the battery) by something smaller ? For example, a flat battery ?
I would like to use this board with my own plastronics ntennas (GPS, LoRa and WiFi/Bluetooth), I'm glad you included some UFL ports in the design. :)

I bet you can do it yourself if you are careful, looking at mine right now it is just two simple solder points on either side of the batt holder. I would reccomend making sure whatever battery holder and battery you are thinking of installing is the same voltage and amperage. Otherwise you should be safe to put a smaller battery on.

@@rickrandom716 Just look at the label at the OLED. I my case GND on the OLED does not match with GND on the TTGO. - The pins on the OLED are sometimes different wired. My soldering iron is broken so I cant rewire it, but probably this is the error.
Let me know if you could fix it.
this thing is much much better in lorawan as heltec or ttgo

We are very regret to tell you that this product does not have the function to control GPS.

There is NO real support for beginners of the Lilygo. (1) you cannot connect via USB, its a black art getting a loader to work.
DO NOT flash from Soft.RF with a Meshtastic Bin. If you do that you will NOT be able to access your device again via WiFi. It becomes a brick.
There is NO information , Nothing for newbies to learn how to connect via a serial port and or do a factory reset etc. Its only a matter of time before buyers start returning the devices because Lilygo fail to provide any real tutorials on how to set up what appears to be an otherwise great device.
Flash Meshtastic and there is NO Blue Tooth connection. Its a nightmare.
