The tent with Buddhism chanting you saw in Hualien was actually a funeral 😅. People in Taiwan traditionally held rituals or ceremonies by chanting Buddhism or Taoism Sutra to help the spirits of the dead to enter the heaven or paradise. Yet, it’s rarely seen now in metropolitan like Taipei , Kaohsiung or Taichung since there’s no such space 😅.

It is all delicious and sesame balls and black bean noodle and Taiwanese egg roll and Taiwanese apple soda and Taiwanese root beer soda and the breads at the bakery. All delicious and yogurt drinks and watermelon juice and pineapple juice and papaya milk and pineapple cakes.
