This is a private matter and as you talk about life after you should know then that one will be asked on the day of judgement as to why you exposed somebody else’s fault let alone your own wife or other family members doesn’t Islam say keep your personal matters within and look what your doing your exposing to the whole world what are you gonna say to allah on the day of judgement if you’re going to be asked about this
