- First episode of Muslims Of London - Featuring intimate conversations with strangers that we have met on the streets of London.
Muslims of London is a timely and much needed series which takes viewers into the lives of everyday Muslims telling real human stories.
With the rising tensions in society, the lack of communication and contact with people from different walks of life, a video series like this can help to bring people together.
After all, we are all human.

Masha Allah sister I love to Board not in recent years though since I have Physical Health issues but have fun Alhamdullilah! Be you ! Salaam
I think I can fix it health problem !! Holla!!
Just like you are free to go out exposing your behind in public she is free to cover her self knowing that she is not an object for people to look at
Yea she can wear as much as her want but covering her face shouldn't be allowed for multiple safety reasons, and there shouldn't be laws against what people are wearing (for example, women can't wear revealing cloth and etc.)
Yutin Error When she enters banks and getting licences Airport security they take off anyway . Also if everyone wears Niqab in someways face masks for The protection of Coronavirus
@@dannyh6969 lmao that's so true in this pandemic time. Also saves money for sunscreen hahahha. But still tho it shouldn't be forced on by law.
Yutin Error people wear masks? And that’s not banned
@@shahadshd5165 it was banned in wear I live but now it's not due to the pandemic situation. So before the pandemic people were not allowed to cover their faces with a mask as well, unless it's for medical reason.
that is great I am so happy people are expressing how they feel
Mashallah, I love that you proved to us that the vail doesn’t stop you from doing anything..🥰
2:33 "People listen to the radio all the time", 2:39 "People talk on the phone all the time, and you can't see their face, but still they'll take that phone call very seriously". She raised some excellent points that anyone anti-niqab should seriously think about :)
Exactly, hopefully more men will wear the niqab knowing that it doesn't mean that they won't be taken seriously.
@@Smithpolly Good one. If COVID has taught us anything it's that we can still function as a society and communicate even with masks on lol
@@zainmushtaq4347 Actually, I think a lot of people found it very difficult to understand what other people were saying when they were wearing a mask.
@@Smithpolly I needed to sharpen my listening skills anyways 😅
Personal anectode, but as someone with ADHD, not having to focus on a busy face and just focusing on the speech is _much_ easier to comprehend without the visual noise. While I'm sure for others not being able to read facial cues or see the mouth was harder to understand the other person.
But the beauty of it was how well we all adapted to the circumstances. Masks may have made it a bit more challenging, but then the online video call services exploded in popularity, work from home was the norm, and people got creative in collaborating, communicating in new ways, and exploring uncharted terroritories and discovering new things 😇
Where there's a will there's a way ⭐
@@zainmushtaq4347 "But the beauty of it was how well we all adapted to the circumstances" I think if you take the trouble to look, that you'll find the stories of a lot of people who didn't adapt well to the circumstances, but were hanging on for grim life hoping to just get through it, assuming they did get through it which many people didn't..
This makes me happyyyyy 😊
This is so inspiring
I also roll inline skates wearing niqab and play sports in India. Niqab makes me feel safe. Alhamdulillah!
Awesome! Thank you for sharing 👍 and looool to "is my wife in a cupboard?" 🤣🙈
I didn't think you could make out that we asked that question :)

I am in a dilemma .. i wanna do skating with skate shoes ..I wear niqab and abaya..I am worried ,there will be some problem doing that with my abaya ...
Help me .. please
Anam Khan ahh, i had taht problem. I came back from mosque skating in my abaya (BAD IDEA) and it got caught on the wheel and I tripped and bruised my cheek. My advice is to wear trousers. It’s not completely mandatory to wear the abaya, so I skate with my hijab and modest clothing.
@dhajak4726 or you could both try wearing dresses or abayas a little bit shorter. That's is just my thoughts on the matter. I personally don't do any skating at the moment. But I wanna get into it in the near future and that's what I plan on doing:)
Allahumma Barik Aameen 🤲🏾

Big up
My mom and dad hate skateboarders everytime I talk about skating they just get mad at me so I shut up because they're already crazy about me being less girly so my mom tries to make me act girly wear girly clothes do girly things but I just don't want to also I'm not sure if I'm just going thru a phase but I feel uncomfortable with my gender identity I have some sort of gender dysphoria I feel extremely uncomfortable and awkward with my girly parts and acting girly because it's just not me
Seriously ? A girl skateboarding is not manly, it's very cute
@@maars75 yeah ikr but my parents don't like it
listen... look up... u myt b gender fluid or sumthin... i feel same...
Sister, just because you don't like girly things doesn't make you different or weird. My wife is an amazing women but she is not super girly. Your parents forcing you to be girly is making you think that there is something wrong with you. Do not be confused Sister, you can skate and be female, you can like the color black or blue and hate the color pink. You are female just like any other female, you just have different interests.
If you’re a teen it’s okay to be confused about your sexuality and gender identity. Just believe in yourself and do what makes you comfortable. You’ll regret doing things for other people. I did. Right now I’m my best self and that’s what happens when you explore your options. Stay close to god and hope for the best ❤️
