yes. there was a lot of pure musicality and positive energy in this interpretation. I know that Chloe likes Vengerov's style and it was played a bit like Vengerov would play it BUT there is something genuine and original- you know. She is not imitating, she takes something and work with that on her own. She is very talented and creative and her interpretation is matured and tasty for 13 years old girl I suppose. She is probably already on master level and she is still improving. I'd be very curios what Vengerov would say on this in his masterclass.
Maybe he wouldn't say anything, just, OK, it was good enough, now you deserve a better violin with better projection :) Or maybe he would say, it was very beautiful and romantic, now let's play it simple and minimalistic way, like Oistrach would play it.

    Hello Chloe Chua
I am 44 years old and from Germany🇩🇪
Since a was 7/8 years old, i learned to play accordeon🎹
Its still my hobby. Music is my hobby after work.
Since September 2018 i learned to play the violin, because i love classic music, too.
My teacher told me to play the violin is
    High performance Sport.
I said YES OF COURSE😅😅😅, because i love classic music generally. I will try to give my best in hobby.
It is difficult and very very demanding at first.
To find the good pitch on violin strings.
    Dear Chloe, i am a fan❤🎻
I saw some performances here on RUclips (Menuhin Competition).
I am very speechless👍❤about your world class talent.
    Your perfect pitch.
Many famous adult world class🎻artists makes an exhausting face, ... and sweat on the stage during their performances.
But you Chloe, you shine like the sun during the heaviest and most demanding classic pieces.❤👍
As if they were children's songs. Very easy for you.
You are a very young child but your talent is "now" world class level like other famous adult world class artists.
I wish you all the best for the future and professional progress👍🎻🥇
    Best wishes from Germany 🇩🇪

I feel like crap. I'm 15, but I feel as if I haven't achieved much. I know that I performed a lot of times and I teach violin to little kids, am an honor student, a leader, and I have learned to play piano, a kalimba, a ukulele, and even guitar. I'm still not satisfied. I wished to have done something more with my violin career. I do earn money for it, but I feel like I do not deserve it. My skills are just average. I just play the normal pop songs for so many years that I got sick of it at some point. I can easily sight read them and they're too easy for me. It's sad that I never knew of 2nd positions and higher about the violin, or playing near the bridge to produce a loud sound. How did I find out? I found out these stuff when I started teaching kids. It's so embarrassing that I told myself that I shouldn't even be payed for teaching the kids as I barely had an easy time letting them understand the postures. I didn't even know those, because I was never taught or emphasized on that by my teacher. So many things I wish I could've done back then. I wanted to put more, but I feel like it'll be too long. My point is that I've been playing the violin for 7 years. I should be some prodigy like this girl, but no. I'm basically a child that stopped growing at some point and now I'm stuck at that height for as long as I'll live, and yeah, same bro, same.

    • @user-74652
      @user-74652 4 года назад +4

@@ragingman7320 Let's be serious here, you seem to have achieved a lot more than most other people your age. Remember that those child prodigies are exceptional in that an extremely small proportion of people have that sort of talent. You are 15 years old, you have plenty of time to keep learning. The fact that you realize your deficiencies puts you well above a lot of people who think they are good musicians.
