@@ancahart4553 Anca, cu mare drag! Mi-am facut starterul in urma cu 8 ani. Cum l-am creat, gasesti la mine pe blog www.hungryshots.com (cauta dupa Maya, asa o cheama pe maiaua mea). Daca te referi la cum o intretin, momentan o hranesc dimineata si seara 7g starter + 25g apa + 25g faina (10% secara si 90% faina de grau) dar uneori o mai pun si la frigider pentru cateva zile..

Ma intereseaza mult 100% Kamut sourdough bread, e ancient grain si foarte sanatoasa. Am incercat o reteta, e ok, insa mai vreau sa incerc si altele. Inca o data iti multumesc si de azi ai o noua fana.😊
Si eu fac paine,am facut toata vara asta torida! Dar cu semolina n-am incercat! O folosesc de obicei in banneton. In rest,folosesc aceleasi metode ca si tine,poate doar laminarea nu-mi iese asa perfecta,se mai rupe putin foaia!
Semolina are un gust usor dulceag, foarte placut. Am văzut mai multe variante de semolina: unele mai grisate, altele măcinate fin. Eu pe cea fina o folosesc la paine. Încearcă, are un gust distinct fata de faina de grau.

@@ancahart4553 ma uit sa vad ce faina de kamut mai am si daca nu cumpar. Lucrez la un film cu 100% semolina deocamdata si apoi trec pe kamut. Promit!
