Thanks for posting. I normally take a full size cabin tent when I camp, but was looking for a value priced, smaller tent when I only go for a day or two. I think this will fit my plans and budget. I was also looking at REI.
Shouldn’t leak at all. The reviews for this tent are overall poor on the REI website. Leaking of a brand new rent in a gentle rain is a fail in my book.
@Stone-Wolf-Outdoors is it mesh all on top? I'm going camping in September and need something with not so much mesh on top to prevent too much Wind to come in at night
I like how the inner clips on the poles instead of the poles slipping through sleeves. The tie outs are essentially only for keeping the tent down in the wind... 💨 and to trip over... LOL

i have been looking for awhile found this in the size and weight i was looking for and yes loved the price
Tony, this looks like a much better tent than I was asked to review. I sent my comments to that manufacturer and they said “no thanks” to my review.
i had to do that to a company not long ago there stuff looked bad

overall it was a small leak easy fix outside that the tent works great
The 4 Man is on sale at REI this weekend for $52 bucks.

Is it all mesh on the top or is it insulated all around
the top is mesh i do wish it went further down

@@JJ-vf1ix the top section is mesh but with the rain fly on the wing does not get in very good

i like the clips better also sleeves suck
