to answer you first question he has negative moves you might as well not get or use him whatsoever atm 2: all the original aliens plus the unlockables you find across the map ex; Snare-oh is in the desert spawns every so often and frankenstrike is unlockable though normal means
Including all ben 10 game regardless of activity it would have to be infinity with ensemble being a close second it has all the content a ben 10 game would need and extra features that aren't added in any other ben 10 game If we have to talk about actual active games that receive actual updates and is currently still alive I would have to say this game

as a scripter i can confirm, having ur health scale with ur alien form health is not hard to script whatsoever
