I’ve had the same experience when you guys talked about the trail ride. Stained my saddle to. Grrrrrr.
I have a grey and I was doing bareback on him and every single time I do bareback I fear I’ll start
Yeah i have mine this week and i have a lesson this Friday and we are doing posting trots and I’m scared I’m going to have bad cramps and I’m scared imma bleed through my pad.😬
IM GOING THROUGH THAT TOMORROW HELP
It a pain when you want to go for a long ride but it's risky 😂
I have stained a saddle, had horrible cramps could not walk and still showed. I’m a barrel racer and struggle to ride with my period.
I just started a horse camp today and o have it for the rest of the week. And I got my period right after I got back 💀 and now I have to ride at a camp on my period
Mine came a week early just in time for my horse show
I got mine a week early the first day of my camp ( horse camp.) I ride a lot so I’m used to riding during my period but I chose this week so I didn’t have to go to camp on my period. And ya it sucks and I ride on a white horse in a brown saddle
feel embarressed to write this but whatever
i have problems with my period but so far i had like 2-3 rides with it (including today) and its always just so uncomftrble like idk if its just me but i can like literraly feel it and i dont know what do do and the whole area feels so uncomftrble some of the time even just sitting like i dont feel like its the right position...or something..idk i dont like the feeling.. and like this period was a lot less messy even when riding but the feeling like. help
If you’re having cramps that are painful, I find that advil is helpful for that, and drink a bit of water before you get inn the horse. But if sitting down is uncomfortable it might be the type of pad/tampon that you use so maybe try a different thing. I find that you really have to make sure that you press your pad down so the adhesive doesn’t come up. I hope that’s helpful. If not I can give you my Instagram if you have Instagram and we can dm about it :)
I got my first period the first day of a horse camp,(it was bring your own horse and tack and stuff so I at least wasn’t gonna bleed on someone’s stuff) and I had to use a tampon for the first product I ever used, but like my instructor(just for the week, I didn’t know her) wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom and I bled through, luckily they were black but rip my saddle, there’s still a stain
Thank god my trainer is a girl and understands so when I first got my period and was riding I told her that I get hot flashes and feel sick when I’m on my period and so was super understanding when I want to cut lessons short
Well i wouldnt say that i ride alot but im gonna start doing that butttttt mine came very early and i already planned on wanting to ride one AND I WANT TO KNOW DOES IT HURT WHEN YOUR TROT OR CANTER???
Do you mean cramps?
@@aBbY-im4uo yes
@@roudhamazrouei9406 um not really for me. It’s more like it’s just slightly uncomfortable but also I usually don’t get super bad cramps.
for me its like when you get up out of bed in the morning but EVERYTIME YOU BOUNCE IN THE TROT.
