Lili, I can completely understand the topic, "How music saved my brain". I listened to your story on how the circumstances caused by the pesticides caused you to basically loose your mind, until you started playing the violin again. For me it was the abuse of the drug PCP. As a bass player, I used the drug pretty much most of my adult life, but as a working musician, learning hundreds of songs by ear, ( I do not read music), My brain and memory are intact at age 53, and I really contribute it to learning songs or music, keeping my brain sharp!!! I am clean now for a couple of years now, so, I thank GOD for his mercy and grace, and I thank music for saving my brain!!!

I'm 51 years old and have been going through rough times and relationships with so many women in my life since 2000. By hearing her speech in what she had went through herself, help me become a better person myself. If she can do it, so can I. I also have Christ in my life which helps me over come everything or most everything. Thank you Lili Hayden for inspiring me to do more and to fight back. My brain is not like it was as well back in my early 40s. I've taken drugs over the past 12 years that damaged my mind. I am drug free now for 8 years. My mind still not 100 percent better but It is a little bit stronger and more sharper. Again, thank you very much Lili and may God Bless You and be with you.

Lili, I really hope that we can chat more and pull together some musicians and do an array of works with the background of those who have been more than “me too.” And as a cellist with severe and life altering head trauma from horses. Yesterday, I was gifted with amazement of how even just a few days ago, my technique just locked in ....my brain and left hand were together on a pointed and accurately precision of which I cannot believe I was witnessing and FEELING. There was the familiar gut and soul which is a necessity to my honesty that I will never play without and then screw the reviews and fcuk their opinions. my bow had phrasing that was as though it was the bow’s choices of which not only was seemingly happening without my involvement. But now I have realized that my brain has been improving and at long last! I REGAINED the pleasure of being a part effortlessness and a closeness with my cello that was made to be suppressed by limiting factors. I believe that we have the power to make changes and a responsibility to share it with others who are in similar situations.
Ty Lili for all of the ways that you play for the past, present and the future.

Lili I find a lot of inspiration in that "short person" from the bully days ...I hope the folks who listen to your music realize the Messages that's harbored in the center of your music.... God continue to bless you and your music as you trying to connect to your audience... Wsh.

TO: TED xOjai - Lili Haydyn. My dear you are inspiration to many, and You are miracle ( as I was : called; in different circumstances, yet attached to: MUSIC), and admired your strength and love to life per say. Yet i wish to point out one thing: your background pianist was very boring, but in the end of your song: she did well, actually very well. Don't be afraid of her talent: please. On other hand you shined more on her: weak partial performing, yet you will shine in any good musical background. In fact her ending performing proved that she is as you are: excellent musician: also. Just wish to give my view, as : an artist, musician, composer, poet and more. You are brilliant, and I love your personality and creativity. Please read my other text and reflect about: love your everything, which I sand before I heard you,but is TRULY VALUABLE TO ALL OF US. again I say: you are wonderfull artist and person!!!!!!!!!!
