Everyone wants to write poetry, but nobody wants to read it. The best part of poetry, is understanding what someone else had said, but everyone lives in a vortex and is like a solipsist, so there's no interest in that anymore. It's a shame really, because the education wasn't bestowed upon readers to want to, or even know how to, seek out and understand something. They all want to be heard but nobody wants to listen. I think you're right that the biggest reason is it's like work. But, people can enjoy it if they get a chance to really dive deep into someone else's thoughts.

I’m incredibly inspired by your prompts. I’m making notes and found myself writing dozens of ideas under each prompt! Thank you very much! I love your poems I like gritty body imagery I can’t wait to start to writing!

A few years ago, I became first interested in poetry when studying to be a translator, there was a special subject about Literary Translation and I really fell in love with the rhymes and allegories in each of those poems. Hence, recently, I took the courage to start writing my own just out of pleasure! I loved your advice! Thank you. 💘

I read "(a) kiss above Cupid's bow," I imagine a cheeky, awkward kiss on or above the top lip because the Cupid's bow is a word for the dip in the middle of the top lip so it's a double meaning.

The Mosaic Law and Code of Hammurabi are the two most significant legal codes to embody the multinucleated manure of sovereign continuity - as per Eastern legal systems of the time in conjunction with amateur classicism and the normative function of rationalistic, positivist, codified reductionism.

Ever since my English teacher (master in literature) recommended me to read “The House on Mango Street,” I could not untangle from the thought that I want/need to do poetry. Thank you for this! 🫂❤️

I'm a comedian from Vienna and came across your channel via a strange path and have now watched your last two videos.
I like your content, it's very atypical and for that reason alone it's very refreshing.
A remarkably pretty woman who thinks about how to write poetry or books.
It's almost a poem in itself.

    My first attempt.
    Lives that never touch
    Only stolen glances
    Lonely stare from afar
    How many second chances.
    Suicidal dreams
Lie with me in the nest
    Silver shadows whisper around
With your soft brown hair on your breast.
    A warm rush of summer,
    Dancing through the showers
    A blazing ring of fire,
    She has amazing powers.
Any comments or criticism welcome 😁

It has promise. you seem to be in the process of mixing it all up in your had still...just grasping at multi-images, of which some work and others are just dragged through archaic language and tropes.

well that proves my point entirely. you say to start easy, just try a haiku? yeah...when you know nothing then you do think they are 'easy'
