Tom has never said he’s not a Christian but has specifically said multiple times that he can’t stand organized religion, due to previous experiences but he does believe there is a God and that he prays, he just doesn’t know if it’s the God of Abraham and Isaac, Buddha or what.
Baby steps. He's on his journey and God got this.

Christians are supposed to judge holy living in other Christians. That's accountability. That's biblical. Whether Tom is a Christian or not is clearly Toms business
I'll also add though, that Christian judgement is to judge the action, not the person, with the intent for repentance and reconciliation to right living before God and not as a poke in the chest, admonishment action. Not sure how this video achieves the primary purpose, TBH

I don't claim that this is what he meant, but rappers sometimes refer to 11 inches as a piece of paper. My take on that lyric is Tom saying his writing is what other rappers will choke on.

i think its the only number he could use because he was rhyming it with "that you can" from the previous bar, so it would either be 7 or 11 and 7 doesn't sound as impressive lol

Tom hasn't toured since covid due to Novas extreme health and asthma problems but ive seen Tom twice live whne he toured with Brandon Hart, Nova, and Madchild
Rap is braggadocios…you can’t win a battle by praying on it. Sometimes you have to strap the armor back into to place, start the crusade and ask forgiveness after. That’s my perspective on it. Tom has a song with Adam called “A Prayer” and in it Tom says “I used to think Jesus was just a coping mechanism for the weakness in people”. He is slowly getting there and I personally feel we should ENCOURAGE him to get there, not judge every step that is took. Not saying you are necessarily but the preachiness is what drives MANY away from finding Jesus.
Judging is a complicated idea. As CHRISTIANS we are expected to "judge" or hold accountable brothers and sisters, or those that believe like we do. This is where unbelievers and unfortunately believers too get this wrong. Also, we are simply comparing what people claim to be vs. what is evident in their life. The FRUIT of our beliefs should be evident.
If you’ve looked into his life and seen the growth, the fruit is BLOSSOMING. His music is positive and introspective in the last three years. If you look for an issue, you will surely find or make up one along the way to fit your ideology. If you are only assuming to find a negative, it’s impossible to perceive a positive. I mean the Upchurch comments tell me all I need to know honestly. The guy does songs with pedos, family hates him, and yet you bring him up? Seems that belief should be spread out if you ask me.
I fundamentally agree that if we're looking into secular music to find holiness than perhaps we're looking in the wrong direction
Tom doesn’t have haters, he has obsessed fans and every now and them, he has to set them straight. Will they ever learn?
I hope not, they are the force behind songs like this. I love it.

I have been a fan of Tom for a little over 2 years. I watch his live streams, I follow Nova. I am a fan of what I consider the greatest all around artist right now. I'm a Christian, I don't like all his references, but I truly believe Tom is a Christian.

Why is it some Christians have a problem understanding are walk is not all the same and judge others according to where they are in there life I pray God doesn't hold the same standard because we all fail when compared to his son

So much judgement without knowing his story. Disappointing. Tom is an amazing man and has saved many lives with his message for his fans..
Im leaving two comments. One is based on your guys lack of music/rap knowledge and the other is your boxed in view of Christianity.
About the music: Wow! One of you said there's no rhyming when he was rhyming the entire time.
Saying he and NF sound the same is crazy! I'm a fan of both and they do not rap or sound alike st all. You guys know nothing about rap music. Why are you reacting to it if you don't understand it?
Then one of you (maybe the same guy) said why can't his personal life reflect he's a Christian. I have a question: Why can't a Christian do a little research before making a dumb comment? It's comments like this that makes Christians look out of touch. Look into what Tom does for those in need his tracks are filled with motivation letting young adults know to not give up and they can reach their dreams, He bleeps out the cuss words so kids can watch and listen to his music, thousands of people got off drugs because of his music he gives money to the veterans, he's all about his girlfriend; family; and his passion for music, etc etc etc. Please tell us what you do to show your Christianity.
You don't listen to Tom's music much because he doesn't bleep out curse words. You can listen to his diss tracks about Mac Lethal and realize that along with lots of other songs. He has a pretty filthy mouth, which would be one clue that he's not Christian and doesn't read God's word.
Also, Christianity isn't based on good works, doing nice things for others isn't how you get saved or go to heaven. It's also not proof that you're saved, lots of atheist do nice things, they're still going to hell. Sounds like you have an incorrect view of Christianity.

If you don't enjoy his music why are you listening/reacting to it? If the only way you can believe someone is an actual christian then you will have to dismiss probably 80% of people who claim to be christian because of things they do in their lives.
