im a sears technician that actuator was meant for test purposes at the factory its supposed to be replaced with a standard actuator it will come off again
I didn't go over all steps. you'll need to disconnect the lines. And you may need to take off a platic cover I don't have because this problem happens so frequently. Maytag will charge you $600 labor but they give the replacement part free. That is some BS
