    these weapons now come with reloading animations; this tutorial sadly doesn't work. is there an updated one ?

    First of all - BRILLIANT tutorial and thank you very much! I keep having an issue, could you help? At 5:40, my separated mag has wrong world orientation, it's lying flat along the Y axis, not placed in the rifle. Where did I go wrong? Thank you in advance.
    EDIT - I needed to reset the relative location in the Skeletal Mesh, fixed now. Thank you again for the video, mate.

    the static mesh replacer doesnt work

    not the best since you move bones as well actually, but moving static meshes is good as well, although the logic her becomes a problem when dealing with many weapons.

      Non , you do not move bones , you juste hide the MAG bone , you can also use a skeletal mesh without MAG or removing it on blender
      You can use this method for multiple weapon as well , just make sure to put the same named socket on each weapon , actually this tutorial is made with two Weapon , you can see that in the intro it is a AR4 and the tutorial is on a AK 47 , check the previews videos to see how to implement multiple weapon and switching system
