I don't need a text guide for every game! However, a time indication for the platinum, the approximate difficulty and whether there are missable trophies always helps me a lot as an indicator of whether I should start something or not. Some people write this kind of information in the info under their videos from time to time.
I just figured it out!! So you stop (maybe you don’t have to) and hold down the button you use to throw the ball, the character will run automatically then you kinda double click the button again to throw the ball!
